We called last night because our air stopped working. Rick (kind of rudely)said he couldn't keep sending people out to fix our problem. We then called Josh (our salesman) to see if something could be done. He walked us through getting the system running for the night. The next morning, he came out and solved our problem within an hour. I am happy Spectrum has good guys on their company.
They diagnosed and came back and got the unit cooling. I would definitely do business with them again.!
Another AC company left me waiting in the heat, hours after they said they would be at my house. I called Spectrum, and they saved the day. Spectrum will be my first call from now on.
After having so many issues after the hurricane, I just couldn't handle another problem. So, when my air conditioner went, I called Josh at Spectrum! JOSH is the best! He explained in detail what my option were, what each cost, and how long it would take to install. Josh was courteous, gave the pros and cons but never pushed or made me feel overwhelmed. He worked within my budget and made the experience of yet another problem from Ian do able. I would recommend Spectrium and Josh to anyone who has air conditioning issues.
Jorge was absolutely phenomenal. I was asking him questions about the service and he explained everything perfectly. He was extremely polite and excellent at what he accomplished. We are extremely happy with the service that they rendered, and would highly recommend Spectrum A/C for heating and air conditioning.
This is an honest and very thoughtful company. Starting with Rick at the office and Jeff who came out and helped my mother with her ac problem. Jeff was very professional and explained everything he did in detail.

The service technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the problem so I could understand and offered many solutions. He repaired my A/C for minimal cost to me. Very honest and helpful. Best of fall A/C working perfectly 🥰

Spectrum is a top tier customer service company. I have used them for my scheduled maintenance and for a drain tube issue. They always respond within a couple hours. They have knowledgeable and competent techs. They take the stress out of a repair and never try to sell you things you don't need. Highly recommend, and if you get Jesse your problem is going to be fixed and fixed right.
I had a very positive experience with Spectrum Air Conditioning and Refrigeration from the moment I placed the call and a live person answered. A technician was dispatched the very same day! Jorge was extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, and patient in answering my many questions. Jorge even removed his boots before entering my home. I'm a very satisfied customer!

It was late at night and it was 89° in my mom's apartment behind our house. It was our first time calling spectrum AC. I did not know what to expect because before they came out here we had a different company come out three times for the same thing and kept messing it up and charging us an arm and a leg . Spectrum AC sent their technician Cody. I don't think there's enough time in the day to tell you how incredible this technician is. He went over everything with a fine tooth comb , not one complaint and he was very professional. Very informative every step of the way and just when it looked it's darkest he found the problem which most likely was impossible to find because it was a little wire up in the attic. Along with a few other things that he fixed this little wire probably would have been trouble for the rest of the life of the house. Cody found it along with some other issues and address them. Constantly smiling the whole time I never met someone that worked so hard that was so incredibly nice and professional that did such outstanding work! He had a no give up attitude and like I mentioned earlier went over every little thing with a fine tooth comb. Here is a great part the company was very very fair with their prices. I'm going to leave my website here and you can see from the television shows that I'm on I've had a few different houses and I highly recommend Cody and this company! Jorge arrived early, which was nice. He explained what he was going to do. He was the most thorough person we have ever had for our air conditioning maintenance. He was most personable and did a great job. We hope he is the one who comes next time.
Jorge was amazing. Identified the problem within minutes and did a thorough check of the unit. Very impressed with the service and professionalism. Will definitely use Spectrum again.
Our A/C quit working over the weekend, I called Spectrum first thing Monday morning and they had a technician (Jorge) out by mid day that day. They performed a regular maintenance checkup which took care of the problem. I would recommend this business for any HVAC needs, they are professional and keep you informed on what they are doing and if any other issues they may find.
