Called the tonight, July 3rd at 8:30pm. By 9:30 pm my ac capacitor was replace and ac up and running. Decent price considering it's emergency service and a holiday weekend. Happy wife happy life. Thank you. I found my go to AC service company.
Way overcharged by $600 for simple part replacement ... go elsewhere.
A local business that is honest, fast and professional. I would not hesitate to refer them and/or contact them for my AC needs.

Our ac unit is not cooling and I was recommended this company. I called and I was met with a lady with a heavy Spanish accent. (Did not get a name, however I’m Hispanic so I know she’s a Spanish speaker).it was TERRIBLE customer service from beginning to our very abrupt end when she slammed the phone on me and hung up on me in the middle of my request for service. She did not want to help me with setting up an appointment, she was rude and short and she sounded annoyed from her first word and all I needed was some help. Just on our exchange alone, I wouldn’t want to go with this company if the people employed here treat potential clients the way she did. Today you lost a potential client. I’ll take my business and my money elsewhere. Definitely not Ellsworth. 0/10
Called looking for a good company to maintain my HVAC and found a great one. Jim was my service tech and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I committed to be a long time customer and signed up for a biannual service agreement. Today 3/27/2023 I had a drain line issue that started over the weekend. The technician ( Kevin ) came out as promised. He diagnosed the location and put in a new clean out. He was very informative and professional. Once again Ellsworth Heating and Cooling went above and beyond my expectations.

Called early morning and less than two hour a guy came by. My AC was old and had a leak. I knew that. I ordered a new one and by 1:30 the same day it was working. So far I am very pleased.
I have been using Ellsworth for over five years now and have always been highly satisfied. I recently had no heat and problems with the blower on my AC/Heat unit. The technicians who came were honest, professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. They were able to repair everything in time for the coldest weekend of the winter in Florida! Their price was reasonable as well. Always happy with Ellsworth!
Called as my AC went out unexpectedly… they had a repairman here within 5 hours. He was extremely talented and honest! I will be using this company for regular maintenance moving forward as they are amazing!!!!
We have been happy doing business with Ellsworth for over 20 yrs. They are honest and reliable. We purchased our second A/C unit from them. If we ever have an issue they come out the same day. They service techs are always pleasant and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company.
They stepped up and helped us out .. the guys had a nasty job but did a great job at a fair price ..
we used this company to repair blower motor which was under warranty I understand it take to order and receive it. It was a quick turn around only problem the tech was here for 1/2 and replaced it. Seems extreme to me. When they say it usually takes 2 to 3 hours i underatand 460.00 1/2 hour it cost 460.00 150 per 10 mins.??
A little bit of a sticker shock at first but very satisfied with the work. Kevin, the repair technician did a great job.
Very surprised that a new AC went up $3000 from January 2022 to October 2022. $6000 to $9000.

I have been a client since 2004. They continue to surprise me with their professionalism, caring attitude, promptness, and quality of service and staff. They offer service contracts with discounts on parts if needed. They ALWAYS answer when you call and do their best to help in any situation. What a great business model!!
Unable to get anybody to come out for scheduled maintance! Twice now they’ve used the excuse that workers got hurt and they have nobody! What a disgrace! The owner called today to make it right! Never thought I’d get a call. Thank you Ellsworth for restoring my faith .
UPDATE: Thank you William Barnes for making this situation right. Worse company ever- worst after hours customer service.Paid twice to have the ac fixed, still having problems. Emergency tech wanted 150.00 and gave a estimate for $850.00 without even coming out. Another tech from a different company came out and stated the capacitor that was replaced under warranty from Ellsworth was not done properly-it`s basically just hanging there Shameful. Can`t seem to get a resolution with this company so please BEWARE.
