Company proactively set up a cleaning and ordered a case of filters for replacement. Filters ordered were the wrong size. I was told that they would be reordered. When Filters were delivered, there was no attempt to knock, the box was just left outside our side door.

We had some issues to begin with, but the company took care of everything that was bothering me. It's a bit early to tell whether this new system will actually save me money or not (only been using for 2 months), but I'll know in a few months. I have dealt with Carlos the owner and Charles, his son, and both have been professional and have worked well with me. I feel like they value me as a customer and are trying to make sure that I am a satisfied customer. The last company I dealt with was so large that I felt like a number, but these guys seem big enough that they will be around for a while and small enough that they know their customers. I recommend that you use these guys for your AC needs.

I updated to a Trane Heating/AC Installed by professionals who addressed every detail. I found this to be a great experience with excellent service and knowledgeable technicians. I chose Longsworth based upon a recommendation, and I would HIGHLY recommend this business to others. Parts are American made!
