They have always been a good service for me. showed up whenever supposed to. got the work done right. at a reasonable price. But just recently I needed a new air conditioner. and they wouldn't respond to my phone calls. so I had to go with another company
The technician John is a very experienced and friendly person. However, a 70% increase for the service charge compared to last year's was a shocker. And this company has priced themselves out of contention for the next service. It's a shame I really trusted them.
John is great, a new hire could learn a lot from him.
My wife and I used Marty's Air Conditioning Services to install a new AC unit in our home a few years ago. Marty's was outstanding to work with. They came quickly, gave a very fair and reasonable quote and got right to work getting the job done quickly and professionally. Ever since then, if we ever have an issue they can usually stop by the day I call, which is really impressive. Their team is attentive, friendly and kind every single time. They are truly a pleasure to work with.

They came out quickly, my technician John M was very nice, super professional, and got the job done SO QUICKLY. No upselling, no nothing else. He realized the starter piece for the fan outside wasn’t working & replaced it. He was here for probably 10-15 minutes tops. 🙌🏻 Thank you!
I will give the company 5 stars I got a good price on a split system, John did what he said they would do, they were in and out in four hours left everything neat and clean and best of all I got a really good price. Its so to live at 78degrees air blasting, Heavenly.
Their driver was flying up Del Prado doing 70mph at one point weaving in and out of traffic...cars were forced to slam on their brakes and one went off the road. It was about 2:20pm on May 2 in the south cape near the marina/boat club... Based on that alone I wouldn't use them. If they can respect the lives of other's do you think they care about keeping your family cool and comfortable?
Installed New unit 4 months ago. Failed inspection 3 weeks ago. After numerous calls no one has been out to correct this issue. Unit is not weather proof or rodent proof. Duct cover Is to big and covers coils. I can put my arm between frame and coils into Duct cover. Duct cover has 2" gap and was not flashed against house. Trim where duct work goes into home is pulled away from house. They claim it is the home owners responsibility to repair, but you have to remove duct cover from unit to fix it. Which requires a reinstall of unit. I have a rat getting in my return!!!!!! Every time I call I receive nothing but DENIAL DENIAL DENIAL DENIAL!!!! If not corrected this week I think some free advertisement with Wink News will be appropriate!!! UPDATE I called inspector to get some one out too house once cover was removed we could see return vent was not even attached to house. We had to crawl through return and attach it our self. We also had to seal it and frame it in from outside! RAT GONE PROBLEM SOLVED! IT TOOK ALMOST 4 MONTHS TO GET THEM TO REMOVE THE OUTER DUCT COVER SO THE PROBLEM COULD BE FIXED KEPT SAYING EVERYTHING WAS SEALED THAT THERE WAS NO WAY A RAT WAS GETTING IN THROUGH IT!!!! WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH!!!!
