Farrills ac did an excellent job of repairing our air conditioner they very prompt , professional and fair priced.
Called Bill bc our air conditioning quit. He determined that unit leaked freon. We opted to get a new HVAC, a Trane. Within a few days it was installed, the team doing the work was efficient and personable. Highly recommend!
Cant recommend this guy enough. Super professional,friendly,and he gets the job done right. First time,on time and well within the estimate. Left job site looking better then when he came.
Terrible service, called several times left messages with no response back. Last year did a 12,000 job with them and now can't even return a call.
Mr. Farrill did a vacuum pull on my new mini-split today. He was the most professional AC person ever, and worked quickly and efficiently. This man is full of a lifetime of knowledge and has no problems sharing it with his customers! He explained everything he was doing and was done in a very timely manner. Our AC broke last night and we contacted Bill the following morning. Bill was quick to react. We know during this time it's a busy time for AC repair, so we expected maybe we'll see Bill next week, but nope, Bill was able to squeeze us in right away and he took care of the issue and repaired our AC. Thanks Bill for everything we really appreciate it. If anyone needs AC repair Bill is your guy.
Prompt and courteous service. Mr Bill came right out and went over the issue with us, told us exactly what he was doing. He got it fixed quickly and what service with a smile. Mr Bill is a keeper. We will definitely use him for all of our future ac needs.
Farrill"s AC did an awesome job on my AC upgrade. What we liked about Bill was there was no pressure and he explained what was available and sold us on a TRANE. I recommend Bill if your looking for honest quality!
I contacted Bill the first time about five years ago when our heat was not working on a Sunday. Bill came out that day and got it fixed in no time for a reasonable price. I have called him many times since and have never been disappointed. I have never hesitated to recommend him to family and friends and we are all thankful to know him and have his number!

Uppercrust Bakery has worked with Bill Farrill for years and years. This man is a keeper. We call him literally any hour of any day with any issue and he is Johnny-on-the-spot. Whenever he visits, he patiently explains exactly what is happening with the equipment and what he did to fix it and/or what he needs to do to fix it - and then does. AND he changes our filters weekly free of charge. We think of Bill as part of our family, and recommend him as unhesitatingly and emphatically as we can.

I've been using Bill Farrill for many years and his service is top-notch. He is very responsive and extremely accommodating. And he knows HVAC inside and out. He has done everything from tightening a loose wire to replacing a heat pump damaged in a storm. He found a very affordable replacement. And he is an all-around nice guy. I highly recommend Bill to anyone who is having heating or AC issues.
Called Bill this morning with AC problems and he was here in 45 minutes. Inspected the unit and found the problem and had it repaired in no time . So very friendly and courteous and knowledgeable . He was very reasonable on the price as well. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing AC or heating repairs! Will use him again with no worries. Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND him to anyone! Mr Farrill was prompt, courteous and fixed my Air Conditioner in a short time. His prices are highly competitive. The other company that fixed my AC the last time charged twice as much just to come out. I highly recommend this company.
I had a very challenging job that needed to be done, not many professionals would have even bothered to come take a look at the project let alone actually do it with out charging me an insane price.
