The tech said he would be here at 11 am. Its almost 8 pm. Never showed called he fell asleep... and came out with all these excuses why he fell asleep. NEVER call this people.

Air Professionals always come through for me. They have reasonable pricing. They don't try to up sell you on anything you don't need. They give suggestions on how to keep your unit working better and longer. They always answer or call back asap. I will always use them over any other company.

I just want to say it was Saturday night after hours came in a rainstorm was very Professional and I appreciate John coming in a timely manner and I would highly recommend him and use him again.
Called at 6pm, was told someone would be out by 8:30pm. Called at 8:45pm, told someone would be here soon. Called at 10pm, guy was at home pretending to still be at the same house doing an install. Will never recommend to anyone.
They were very professional and incredibly kind and bonus 🎂 they didn't try to sell me AnYtHiNg!!! Y'all hear me!?! NOTHING not even an air filter which is FAB-U-LOUS and one of the reasons I will be calling them if I need any help with the unit in the future!!! A++++++++
I called Air Professionals yesterday afternoon after our A.C. started having problems keeping the house cool even though it was blowing cool air. John told me a couple of things that could be wrong and after further explanation of what was going on figured out that it was a quick fix we could handle ourselves with his guided expertise. It turned out to be a clogged drain line that we managed to unclog and fix without having to need someone to come out and fix it. He continued to keep in contact if we needed any further help or had any questions. He saved us having to spend over $100! Thank you so much for your help and we will continue to use your services in the future if needed, and will refer you to all of our friends and family!

They kept me waiting for two days and never showed and never called to tell me they would not come.
Very direct and to the point. He fixed our ac in under 30 minutes. Showed my husband everything he changed gave him some information on how to get more life out of our system. We normally kept our ac on 73° to cool the house he after he fixed it we have it at 75° and it's freezing 🥶 We had to wait 2 hours longer than he told us but kept in contact with us othe whole time. We must have called him 7 times to check and he answered everytime. He is good fast and very direct. We will be using this company in the future

My disabled mother had her AC fan motor go out memorial weekend. John came out and was so knowledgeable! He rigged up a quick fix so my mother could have cold air till the fan motor part came in. And in 2 days had a new fan motor in! I'm so pleased with AC professionals!
John was great! I spent all day attempting to fix the AC myself and after I couldn’t figure it out, John came through and fixed it Ricky Tick. Thought for sure it would break the bank because it’s a 24-hour service, but it wasn’t bad at all! 10/10 would recommend!
I would recommend John Zino to anyone. He was professional. He was on time and he was able to fix multiple problems in a timely manner. This guy really knows his stuff and stands by his work. I am so thankful for his wisdom and patience

Listen to this :: So after a long weekend of celebrating my daughter’s 5th birthday in lego land we came home to a hot house all I say is here we go smh more money to spend.
