Bryan was great, he came out and quickly fixed our AC after calling early this morning. Would highly recommend, him and this company!
Brian Ludwig a technician came out for service and explained my system to me so I can better maintain this unit. As far as this companies $178 yearly maintenance contract it is nonexistent! The office personnel makes excuses for not following through with the plan by saying they have the wrong telephone number or email, an excuse they give me every time I call!!!
These guys are awesome I would recommend them to anyone!!! Fran was phenomenal like always!!! She made things happen really fast Fran was the bomb!!!

Jay was incredibly professional and helpful! He was knowledgeable and able to fix my issue in a reasonable amount of time. His service was impeccable and I really appreciate him for coming and working so hard. I will definitely be using Hammonds again and especially Jay as the technician.

Our heat went out on Christmas Eve. Hammond Air answered their phone hortly after calling. Bryan came out the day after Christmas to service it. He was on time for the appointment scheduled. He quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem and was honest and friendly. I recommend using this company for your HVAC needs.

I called because my A/C was blowing hot air and they came out same day. The service tech Rhet, identified it was the thermostat that was causing the issue very quickly and was very knowledgeable on providing solutions with how to fix it. Thank you!

My air conditioning was not working. I called Hammond heating and air conditioning and they showed up within three hours. They had my air conditioner running within 30 minutes.

Called on Sunday morning as A/C stopped working the night before. Rhett came out and fixed it in a short period of time. From the time I called until it was repaired was all within 3 hours. Should've reviewed sooner: It's for work done in May 2020 at my neighbor's property (I helped her while she was very ill). The a/c stopped blowing cold air and I decided to call Hammond and happy I did. They came out the same day and immediately found the issue and repaired it (broken refrigerant line). Also, the tech billed at a lower price knowing my elderly neighbor's situation. I'll be using them for all future repairs and new A/C at my house.
