Hickmans is a great group! They were able to repair my air conditioner the next day after it quit running. I was grateful and lucky because it was going to be in the mid 90’s this week. Jesse who answers the phone was great and helpful. When I would leave messages with concerns and questions she got right back to me which was great because I was out of town and I had a son and two cats I was concerned about. Scott was awesome. When no one answered the door he called me and I was able to assist him in waking my son up. I’m glad that he didn’t just pick up and leave. I highly recommend this group. They are caring, professional and reliable!
Hickmans did a yearly AC service on my system. Their tech was very friendly and knowledgeable, and their price is pretty reasonable. I had an issue with the system not working because of a clogged condensate drain line about 3 weeks after they performed the yearly service, and they came out early the next day to fix the issue at no additional cost. Lovely service and they stood behind their work, couldn’t recommend a better AC service provider!
Today my a/c went out and I had to replace the fan motor on my outside unit... After putting everything back together in the rain my repair did not do the trick and I needed another part. I called Hickman's Heating & Air Conditioning and boy did they come through!!! House is eighty something degrees, it’s humid and wet, kids are nagging and now it past 5pm. All the shops are closed for the day and I’m dreading the hot night to come. Luckily for me Sean’s phone wasn’t closed. He helped me get back up and running! He helped me as if it was his house without air for the night! I and very thankful for his best in class company! I def recommend Hickman Air to anyone needing air conditioning work.
Thank you to Hickman’s Heating and Air. The guys were great. They went right to work and fixed our air conditioner. No up sales and had us back to cool in no time. Based in Clay County, it was a stretch for them to drive to Duval to handle my system repair. They did, on time (actually early), and were pleasant, fast, and fixed my issue. I used someone very local to install a VERY EXPENSIVE system in a total renovation we did on a home at the Beaches before we moved to our current home. After we moved, we couldnt get him to come at all, forget about timely, to help us with the most basic service. Hickman came the next morning and fixed everything. They are my go-to AC crew. We've flipped homes for all of our nearly 50 yr marriage. Hickman is one to keep in my flip vendor list.

Scott was half an hour early and friendly as can be... Hickman's came out with less than 12 hours notice... No one deserves to live without AC and these guys understand that... 10 stars in my book...
I couldn’t find the source of dripping condensation. Turned out to be a small leak in the drain pipe where it attaches to the drip pan. Courteous service.
Sean gave me options with pros and cons for each option. He was patient answering my numerous questions for the new unit and the installation was done professionally.
