The techs that care out were very thorough and professional. What I especially loved is that they didn’t try to cheat me out of any money like a previous company that I called did. They even showed me the problem, explained everything to me, and taught me tips and tricks to prevent it from happening again. It’s so nice to have black men that are doing great work that are legit and give good customer service.
Joseph and his crew did a phenomenal job. I’d been having issues with the heating system in m house for awhile when I called him for an inspection. He broke down what was wrong in terms my family and I could understand and had the issue resolved in no time. Would highly recommend to anyone having issues with their HVAC systems
Maxum Heating & Air Conditioning was great. They arrived on time. They were knowledgeable and offered sound advice regarding our hot water heater. Our hot water heaters are a solar electric combo so we were really pleased that he could address our concerns. We'll be calling on them again.
Joseph performed routine maintenance on our air conditioning/heating unit today. The insides were disgustingly dirty. We also had a problem with it occasionally tripping preventing it from turning on. He resolved that problem as well. Excellent service. I needed help with an air conditioning problem. I called Maxum Heating & Air Conditioning to see whether they could assist us with our air conditioner problem . Their technical assistance was scheduled and the technician showed up on time. The problem was quickly diagnosed and it . A new unit was quickly quoted to me. In a matter of a few days the installation was confirmed and the new unit was installed Very consistent services.
During the holidays I had a furnace replaced and new return ducts installed. Joseph did a great job, coming over again and again to re-estimate the way our old system had been routed. He was there on Monday after I had made my quote to the Maxum Heating & Air Conditioning company, to make sure everything was scoped out correctly. Thank you, Joseph, and Maxum Heating & Air Conditioning. We called on Friday morning after our heater quit working the previous night and Miriam was able to set up and schedule us for an appointment the very day. Joseph showed up on time, figured out the problem with the heater and installed the new parts which were in his car after he explained to us the problem and how he was going to solve it. We were more pleased that he gave us a discount on the price he had quoted. Grateful to have worked with him.
