Giuseppe was very responsive. Our A/C stopped working on a weekend and Giuseppe was quick to respond; quick to repair and fair in his approach and in his explanations of what was needed. Do not hesitate to call.
Showed up on a Sunday to check A/C not working after another power outage and surges. Ordered parts and installed by Wednesday. Very thorough and reasonable.

Giuseppe, Thank you for being our family's hero! When the AC went out at our baby's bedtime, it was because of your quick action and care that he was able to sleep through the night without noticing. I appreciate your honesty, can do attitude, and efficiency. You were one of the only people willing to come out and help us on the night of the 4th of July. It's remarkable that it only took an hour or so from my phone call to cold air blowing again. Hoping the universe returns the favor to you times two. My wife and I Thank you again. I've had to call G out of semi-desperation a few times over the past few months - being 8 months pregnant in the Florida heat is no fun when your A/C unit doesn't want to work like it should. He's always so quick to answer, and is usually able to come by the same day and fix the issue. His customer service is outstanding and professional, and he is the only one I will recommend him to anybody who needs A/C services!!!!

I purchased my AC unit through ACS a couple years ago and have since used them to continue servicing the unit. Here, you don't get Nickeled and dimed and the owner (G) is a straight shooter who will tell you what you need or need to do based on what your current situation is. You can't go wrong with these guys!!

My ac stopped working. They came out quickly and took the time to see if my unit was under warranty. They got my ac up and cooling my house before the end of the day. They also were very clean, respectful to social distancing and practiced safe hand washing. I will continue to use Absolutely Cool Services for all my ac needs!
Service was great! I’ve had bad experiences with some of the larger companies. Working with Absolutely Cool was a pleasant surprise. Giuseppe arrived on time, identified my issue right away, and provided a much better price than I paid for the same service a few years back from another company. He Finished the work quickly and stuck around to make sure everything was working properly and even followed up a few days later. I would call them back for future service no doubt.
