Good quality work on time the best company I ever hired to do my AC
My AC stop working after I changed my thermostat. I called Koolray and they came in same day and immediately addressed the issue and replaced my fuse. Raymond was extremely professional, and took the time to explain every detail of the work and how to prevent the same issues. Highly recommend Koolray!

Came over and diagnosed a broken tstat and capacitor caused by a thunder storm. Charged me for the capacitor very good pricing compared to my last company and was in and done within an hour. This will be my new ac tech for the foreseeable future.
After getting the run around from numerous other ac companies I was told about Kool ray. They came out on time and addressed my issues promptly. I wasn’t fully prepared to replace my system but they went over all my options and we weighed the pros and cons of each no pressure 100% professional. System was installed without a glitch. So happy I went with this company. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with this company - they are knowledgable, responsive, honest, helpful, I couldn't be more pleased! My AC unit died and they came out immediately and installed a new one the next day! Tracy and Ray also helped me with some non AC questions I had as I am new to the area. There are so many companies that will claim they can do the job, just to make some quick cash. Then there are companies, like Koolray, that do the job and do it RIGHT the 1st time around! We recently hired a GC to install a new Air Conditioning System in our house. Then afterwards when I looked it over, everything was so jimmy-rigged, it was barely functional! Therefore, I called around and, thankfully, found Koolray Air Conditioning. Not only were they friendly and came right out to inspect, but they gave us a fair price and revamped everything within a week’s notice! If you’re looking for an honest company, call Koolray!
Outstanding Service!!! This was the first time that we used KoolRay and we will never use another company! Ray came out after hours and was extremely polite and professional when he arrived. He walked us through the issue and had our AC up and running quickly :) We had our AC unit serviced 2 days prior by another company, who I won’t mention, and who we’ll never use again!! The other company never did the work, however charged us for the service. I say this because in this line of business honesty is everything! As someone who knows absolutely nothing about AC units I rely on the honesty and expertise of the technician. KoolRay is a family owned and professional company. If you’re looking for honesty and professionalism don’t call anyone else but KoolRay!
