I used U.S. Heating and AC to fix some plumbing issues and service the ac on a house that I just bought. Stephen B. and Max A. both came out the same day and I was absolutely blown away at how friendly and professional they both were. Communication was awesome from the company and the service team and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be using this company again in the future to keep my home running properly. Also used Colis B. for some electrical issues and he was efficient and very knowledgeable.
Janice ‘s voice sounds empty and urgency for my tissue, help was fast . Teck. Jean G. Was prompt and pleasant. I have sent a referral to a friend today.
Osvell did an awesome job! He took time to to go over the job of the ac duck instalation. Show me pictures of what he did. He clean up after he finish his job. It was a great service!
My experience with technician Juan was exceptional. I appreciate the transparency in conversation, and how with his knowledge I was more calm about what route I should take.We need more people like Mr. Juan in our community. Thank you.
Juan is amazing, always accurate, courteous and knowledgeable. We never want to have anyone else to service our equipment.
The office was responsive and Max was friendly and answered all of my questions. He replaced my evaporator coil for a fair price and was quick to do it.
Adam was the first to come out and inspect the units. He was super helpful and was willing to work with me. Cameron, Angel, and Jean did an amazing job with installing everything and staying to make sure everything works. I definitely recommend United States Heating & Air!
Tech was very good, knowledgeable and was able get our AC back up and running. The price was pretty high but it was done all in the same trip.
Great company to work with. Anthony Henry was outstanding in getting our new Central Heat and Air unit installed, as were all the other employees that were involved in this project, only other name I know was Angel, didn't get his last name, him and Anthony were right on time and got the job done. It's a shame the company doesn't or didn't give recognition to the entire crew that were involved in this project, in my opinion, every one of them deserve my wife and I buying them all lunch that US Heat and Air is giving Anthony Henry in our name. And I also found out this company not only does A/C work, but full plumbing and electrical work, which as soon as we get our home in order will be contacting US Heat and Air again for some of those needs we have as well. :) My wife and I are very happy with the work they've done and will definitely use them again. We highly recommend them! :)
Angel Estefan, &his team has met all of the above expectations, professional, responsive, on-time, good qualities exceptionally good values. He was exceptional in answering all my questions, and explaining anything that had to do with the AC system being installed. Angel and his team went above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen in a major installation project. Thank you for their expedient and exceptional job well done. Couldn't be more satisfied. Colin and Stephen were very professional and thorough. Installed a new tankless water heater and a new line for the pool pump.
I always have a great experience with USHAC, and my tech Jonathan Medina is the best! He is knowledgeable, polite, and always does a wonderful job.
Very expensive. $468 and it took less than 30 minutes to fixed. This was an emergency since the toilet was leaking water constantly all night and we couldn’t close the faucet, so I called the first number I found on the website. Today I found that this job price with another company is $200. Very disappointed. Stephen was professional an polite and he fixed the problem.

Over charged me for air conditioner replacement and duct work. The 2 Ton Air conditioner received was previously used and too small for my home. On instalation they hooked up thermostat incorrectly, unit was over charged /reading 300 Psi, should be in the 125 psi range I was told. Their technician didn' know what was wrong with the unit so I had to have another Hvac company empty and recharge to correct specks. Unit is now working but can't cool the house below 75 degrees, and had to replace thermostat. I was charged 10K, and refunded $2K to go away. I now have to buy a new 3Ton unit that costs much less 6K. This is not a company you should get you business and hard earned money. Shame on me for trusting a licensed company that appeared to have good reviews.
I called this morning, early as my ac went out. I was promised a tech, would be out between 2 to 5 they told me at 4 the tech had three more jobs and would be out to me asap. Fast fwd to 8 pm, now I am really annoyed. They told me I had been rescheduled for the next morning. What? Nobody called to let me know, we waited all night. Long story short I am getting advanced air in Deland tomorrow. Don’t go to this company as u will get the run around what a waste of a night. I don’t do business this way
Diagnosed and repaired my cooling coils same day. All at a very fair price. Juan was very competent and professional. Will use them again.
Just finished getting an EV station installed in my garage. This is the fourth time I’ve used U.S. heating and AC, and that’s because they keep going above and beyond all expectations. Colis was at our house bright and early and immediate got to work. A few hours later, the job was completely finished and looked incredible. Very professional and timely. I will keep using them for all their services. Thanks again Colis!
I have used this business a number of times and they have always been prompt, polite, competent and professional. My house recently needed new duct work and the team of Michael R, Cameron B, Joel R, and Osuel T did a great job, finishing the job in less than two days and cleaning up thoroughly after the work was completed. They were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them. The company is diligent about seeking out customer feedback and seems very well managed. 2nd review. We had a clogged drain from the condensation pan create a link. Max A came the same day we called and quickly fixed the problem, which required him to be in a hot attic on a very hot day. Thanks Max.
