We had a particular issue with an item from a past compressor installation done by a company that's no longer in business. I spoke on the phone to Juan Galvis one afternoon and, the next day Juan was at my home at 8:00 am sharp! Juan was able to take care of the item I needed help with. Juan is very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.
We had issues with our AC and we called Brad and he was available and came within the hour! He worked quickly and efficiently. We have used him multiple times. He is always honest and reliable. Affordable as well.
I decided to go with Astoria Heating & Cooling. The prior TRANE dealer that I was using also did a great job for me when I really needed them. Their tech was great. He fixed an issue that was causing a serious problem. The reason why I left was because the tech that does the 6 month inspection was really poor. This same guy came twice with the same work ethics. The system stopped working a few months after his scheduled visit. The company sent a different tech that came and fixed the problem. He also found several items that previous guy missed. I had Astoria Heating & Cooling clean the blower which needed to be removed and put in UV light in the air handler. This was not a difficult job but it required attention to detail. Their work was first class. They did not rush the job and the tech took the time to get the wiring to the UV light correct. This is a device that must go on and off with the running of the air handler. If it is not hooked correctly then a problem will occur. Also, the tech cleaned the blower 4 times which was very dirty. It was really clean when he finished. In addition, the company sent 2 guys (not 1) which ensured that no damage would occur. Astoria is supposed to provide the first full maintenance on the system next spring. If they do what is required as stated on the contract I will be a customer for life.
Called in at 8:00am to schedule a repair (outside fan not running). Within the hour, Brad arrived at my property and repairs were made quickly. Thank you.

I’ve had an extremely hard time finding someone to come and check out an issue with my AC unit. After nearly giving up, I called super early this morning and they were at my door shortly after, and fixed my issue quickly and for a fair price. Will definitely be using them for any future AC repairs! Cannot recommend enough!
Stop searching for the right AC company, Brad’s Astoria Heating and Cooling is the one. I gave him a call with my outside unit’s issue and he was here within an hour. And within 20 minutes he diagnosed my blown fuse and had it repaired. AC is once again up and running and for great affordability, too. 10/10 friendliness and efficient service. Definitely booking again when needed.

We needed to replace our old AC unit and I reached out to several companies on a Sunday. Brad got back to me the same day and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Of the 4 companies I contacted, Brad was the only company owner that showed up. Two companies sent sales reps and the 4th (one of the larger service companies in the Orlando area) did not even respond to my inquiry. Brad was genuine and offered competitive pricing, quality Trane products, experienced service technicians, a 5 year labor warranty and great financing options. His installation team of Juan and Heberth did a great job of installing our new 16 SEER Trane AC, Air Handler and thermostat. I also had an issue with an AC unit at my rental property in town. My tenant stated that the system was not properly cooling the home to the desired temperature. I felt some piece of mind because I have a warranty plan at that home. The warranty company sent an HVAC company in April and they basically just added refrigerant and called it a day. A month+ later, my tenant stated that the issue was ongoing so I asked the warranty company to send a different HVAC company. The 2nd company took a little more time and stated that I had a coil leak and not to worry because the warranty would cover replacing the coil. I was shocked to hear back from the warranty company that the repair diagnosis included $2,400 in non-covered repairs. I explained this situation to Brad and an out of state friend I have that owns an HVAC business. Both advised me that the fees were excessive. I discussed with the warranty company and negotiated a payout. Astoria was able to replace the coil, pressure test and refill the refrigerant for slightly more than the payout, but no where near the $2,400 that the other company would have received. Brad is honest and trustworthy. We are very happy with the results of the two jobs and plan to use Astoria for all of our HVAC needs at our home and rental property.
Having trouble with AC or thermostat. Did all the troubleshooting, It ran but did not cool. Brad came out Saturday, The problem was the motor died. Brad put in a temp motor. Monday will order a new one. Than when he puts in the new motor, he will go over everything to make sure everything is working good. I will call Brad again if something goes wrong in the future,

I’ve been working with Heberth for over three years. What a gentleman, and hard worker! He installed a new unit in my residence, and has performed cleanings yearly. Thorough job and very detailed. He is always looking out for the client, and what is best for your wallet. I would recommend him to anyone! Spanish speaking too.
We used this company for the intalation of two AC units, they were very responsible, and polite. They did the permits and instalation in a short period of time and everything work perfectly. Now we are contacting them for another ptroject .We highly recommend this company
I had a ac water leak from the unit above and Brad came out at 11 pm to control it before any damage occurred to my condo unit. He removed a old piece of moldy duct board that was laying in one vent and did a A/C system maintenance and upgraded my smart thermostat. Best service and best price. Definitely will recommend them anyone who need ac work.
