The guys were here when they said they would be (less than 5 hours from talking to them). They diagnosed and fixed my issue (bad solenoid) within a half hour. With the temp in the mid 90s, it could not be more appreciated. They should wear capes.
Always quick to respond. Never tried to upsell me on things I don't need.
Have done HVAC work on our 100+ year old house. Reliable, honest and great to work with. We have much more to do and will be seeking them out each time!

James is really amazing. We have been renovating our house and he has been extremely helpful to us. He’s a very honest person and always shows up when he says he will. He is not a salesman type of guy and tells us to fix or purchase things that we ONLY need, never trying to up-sale. He’s a very patient man and we always appreciate him! I 100% recommend!

I originally called Jimmy because my vent was leaking water and there was a pool of water sitting in the duct. He came by quickly to get the water out and clean the line so I could at least have AC while waiting to replace our inside and outside units. Our inside unit was in horrible shape because it was 20+ years old so I knew it was time to replace it. He sent over multiple choices on units and gave his professional opinion on which would be best for us and the specs on each one. The entire team was amazing today as they worked to replace the system, fix the duct work, add a new vent and thermostat. Jimmy explained the new system to me after and how it works and WHY it’s better for our needs than my old one and some of the other models. Thank you to Captain Comfort and the whole team 😊
I can't speak highly enough of Captain Comfort! They showed up almost immediately after our AC started giving us problems and helped us troubleshoot until it was working again. They were communicative and punctual - and they bent over backwards to make sure we didn't have to suffer in the heat. Really smart guys and very fair pricing!

Great service and explanation of your current installation and configuration. Will go over your options and give multiple options on recommendations. Dependable and trustworthy, used on a maintenance call and a complete new HVAC system to replace a 15 year old system.
I have finally found an AC expert that I will continue to use. They were hired to replace my old duct work and add insulation to my attic. Prior to the work, they explained thoroughly how they would obtain my desired result. Once the work was completed, my home was much more comfortable than before. This especially holds true for our master bedroom that was almost ten degrees hotter than the rest of our home. Thank you guys for the excellent work and professionalism. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who wants a reliable hardworking AC expert.
My A/C was leaking BAD because my coils and fan were so nasty that the drip pan was clogged and water was running over. Called Captain Comfort and they showed up on time and conducted their business in a timely manner. They cleaned my coils, fan and inside my handler. Very knowledgeable on the service provided and gave great advice. Good to know I’ve found a reliable A/C company because we all know how important A/C is in FL!
