Poor workmanship! I usually don't want to write a negative review about the company, but it is very important to provide feedback so others will not make the same mistake. The tech guy (Carlos) was sent by the AHS home warranty to fix my AC due to evaporator coil frozen. He failed to diagnose the Refrigerant Leak on the evaporator coil. Instead of looking for the leak first, he started to fill in 2 lbs of freon in order to charge me $220 (too high for the actually price even though it was already included some discount from the AHS company). We all know that the only time when your unit needs more Freon is if and only if there's a leak. Obviously, if this was a qualified HVAC professional, he could see the leak on the evaporator coil first. Then he went inside the house took out the air filter and took couple pictures to prove that he came, quickly did some scan through, charged me the fee and left, no bother to put the air filter back in. I noticed some water dropped and asked him to re-check the system but he refused to do some. Few weeks later I hired a new company to look at my AC system again and this new company tech found the oil leak right away when he open the evaporator coil cover. I looked at the leak I could not believe why the Complete Air Mechanical tech guy could not see this. The Complete Air Mechanical tech did the poorly job! It seems they don't care about their reputation! Not recommended!
Never hire them! The guy comes to my home with no tools. Did not bother to check anything on the ac. He did not even check if the filter was dirty. All he did was take pictures of my unit to prove that he came! He goes out back and checks the unit. He comes back in less than 5 minutes and tells me there is no issues and everything is good. Despite my home not cooling down. He also tells me my unit is old when it's not. Never ever hire them! They are the worst company!!!

Cancelled service plan back on 4/26, paid the $100 cancellation fee. Complete Air sent me an unpaid invoice for May. Not very professional.

Moved to Florida almost 2 years ago looked in this company at first they were very helpful they sign you up for auto renewal if you forget and 1 day pass the renewal date and try to cancel they make you keep it for another year even though you don't need there service. Called today to cancel because my renewal is next month asked for an confirmation email that this is canceled and I Julie will not provide me one she was to busy so I asked nicely that it does not havd to be done right this second but when you have a moment she then turns to tell me I need to send her a certified letter asking for proof of cancelation seriously I can't get proof that I canceled there service and kept saying call me be soon if you changed your mind.... miss Julie I am a nice person but you test me today.... PLEASE ALL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR NEEDS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
These people have been back and forth to my house about 5 times over a months time. The first time they came out the text said all I needed was freon My house was even hotter than it was before he got there after he left they came back out they said I needed a compressor had to wait a whole another week compressor came in come to find out wrong compressor so now I got to wait a whole another week he comes out today hooks up the compressor tell me everything is all good My house is hotter today than it was yesterday this company is so horrible I would NEVER ever use them again better yet when I'm done with this report here I'm going to make a complaint with a better business bureau. They told me that the tech that comes to my house is a Master Tech well I don't know what he's a master Tech of but it's not air conditioning. Please I'm warning you do not use this company!!!

I was impressed with the service I got from Complete Air Mechanical. I had the AC system replaced by them. The work was professional and complete. The installer made sure the work area was clean before he left. I would recommend Complete Air every time.
This company was hired by my warranty company American Home Shield to come out and fix my A/C that wasn't properly cooling. They told me I needed a new "Line Set" to fix the problem @ A cost of $2,888 and that my warranty didn't cover it. I reluctantly decided to go ahead and hire them since they were sent here from the warranty company and I assumed they were reputable. Not only did they send a third party company that simply said "handyman" on the side of their van to do the work, once the work was completed my master bedroom no longer cools and is 5-10 degrees hotter than the rest of my house. I called to have them come back out twice and they kept saying it "wasn't anything they did" and the service rep was rude as hell and didn't even bring his own latter to get in the attic so I had to let him use mine. Stay far away from this company! Hire anyone but them... they don't stand by their (subcontracted) work and will make every excuse in the book as to why their "fix" didn't work. If you don't believe me I'll give you my address and you can come see the temperature difference yourself. It's awful and was never a problem in the last 11 years prior to their new "line set" being installed.

Acid washed evaporator coils. Pulled and cleaned coils and system. Great job!! Technician, Chris, was very knowledgeable and friendly.
I have been trying to get a invoice that I paid so I can get fems to reimburse. The ofguce is very rude. I called numerous time gave them 2 emails and told me it didn't wirk which us false because I used them everyday fir my work. Finally told them to mail it still don't have it. Today they send me a pdf and I cannot open it. I guess i will have to drive to Longwood and pick one up. I will never used them again stay away
Stay away at all cost. Complete air techs will attempt to quote unnecessary work or misdiagnose the problem. Also techs work is sloppy and rushed. They are contracted through warranty companies but do not accept complete air for your service calls. The office is awful and unresponsive. Complete air quoted me $1200 repair which was not needed and I called another company and had issue fixed for $350.
They replaced a blower motor on my air handler in November. It quit again in January they were sent out again by American Home Shield. They tightened a loose wire on the motor that they had installed in November. I called the company to ask for a refund of my service fee because they didn’t tighten the wire properly the first time. They said it was working when they left the first time and that it had been just over 30 days so no refund. I didn’t think I should have to look over their shoulder to check their work or make sure the wires are tight after they installed the motor. It’s sad that they don’t care about their reputation enough to stand behind their work. All it would have taken was sorry we missed the loose wire when we installed the motor here’s your refund. Instead they would rather keep a $100 service fee than a repeat customer with recommendations.

STAY AWAY!!!! After being told by the tech (Carlos) that he would submit his report to our home warranty company today, I simply called to follow up and see if it was done yet. I spoke with Lisa in the office and she was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She said she needs 24-48 hours and that it would not be done today. That is fine, but it was not what the tech told us this morning. She then starting saying "the tech would never tell you that it would be done today." So I asked her if she thought I was just making it up or hearing things? (Meanwhile, I have the conversation recorded on our Ring security camera and have verified that he told me it would be submitted today) His exact words--"oh yeah, we'll send it all in today." Lisa started screaming even more on the phone with me about how busy she is and about how much work she does in the office. It's like she started having a panic attack due to all the work she had to do. Then.... she hangs up on me! I called back and spoke with Candice, who said she understood my frustration. In the background I could hear Lisa yelling at someone else again. Telling them what happened and that she’s not going to deal with it. “She works too hard!!!” Now, I’ve received a notification from them that the job is “completed.” I guess they’re not able to help now because Lisa is so busy. What a joke!! You all should be ashamed of yourselves and your customer service skills. If you can’t keep up with the pace of the company, resign! Be thankful you have a job and do it. I’ve asked the owner, Melissa Sipple to reach out to me. Let’s see if she is as incompetent as the rest.
This company was assigned to me through my home warranty to come assess our AC ducts. The tech, Chris was extremely unprofessional and had such a negative attitude the second he walked into our house. We have some home renovations going on so there was a lot going on. He told us our ducts were fine, wrote up the invoice for us to sign to prove that he was there, said good luck, closed our door and starts laughing. I’m not even sure he did a throughout job of assessing our ducts but I will never use or recommend these people.
