They are very professional. They have always helped me with my heating and air conditioning problems when I was having a hard time finding someone that could help me out. They are always there for you when you need them most, which is the main reason why I keep coming back to them
Greg worked diligently throughout the day until the job was done and checked everything, including the air in the water lines. Greg wore “booties” to protect our floors and cleaned up entirely when he was finished.

My AC unit was very old and stopped working in the middle of the night. Elegant Heating & Cooling sent out someone on the same day and was able to fix it even though we are still considering replacing the unit soon. He was well informed and knowledgeable. I recommend!!
Very reliable company to work with. They installed a central air system in our house and we love it. They are very knowledgeable and personable. We always request them when we have our annual maintenance done. Their work is outstanding.I would definitely recommend them.
Excellent, timely, and professional service when we needed it most. The extreme weather temperature knocked our HVAC out, and the Elegant Heating & Cooling team was there to remedy our issue. Turned out to be a pressure switch error, and the team could not have been more helpful or friendly in both diagnosing the problem, and then solving the problem. Thank you! We will definitely call back next time.
Great company! Honest, dependable, prompt and efficient. Very knowledgeable staff. ALL their staff are customer service rock stars as far as I'm concerned. They replaced my upstairs unit last year and I was so impressed I had them replace the downstairs unit this time. Happy to recommend them any time!
Benjamin was great; checked out the system and found a simple fix; continued to check the system to make sure it was up to specifications. Explained everything he checked and we reviewed this all together. Great company that I've trusted for over 2 years now; will certainly use again when necessary.
Elegant Heating & Cooling was awesome! Air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air after power outage so we called Wolfgang's and Monty came out. Checked out 5 year old AC unit and said we have a good one, but power supply box was bad. Got right to the root of the problem and fixed it for us. Showed us pictures. Only charged basic service charge. Very happy. Thank you!!
