5 Stars for All Services Air Conditioning! Mike went above and beyond to fix my AC issue. He was honest and fair with the repair. Trustworthy and reliable . I highly recommend and will utilize him again for all my AC needs.
Mike was the most professional and helpful technician. He was very respectful and overwhelmed helpful when it came to responding to my AC crisis and while I was preparing to go out of town. I recommend using this company and especially Mike to everyone in the area!

Mike gives outstanding service. He is quick to respond to your call for help. You couldn’t ask for better communication and honesty in evaluating your problem. I find his pricing to be fair and extremely competitive. I have used his company twice in dire need of quick repair on my mother’s AC and he was very thorough and courteous leaving no stone unturned. Honest guy, fair prices...
I used this company in the past and Mike was awesome! When I needed a repair this year, guess who I called? Mike! The problem I had this time around is that Mike fixed my AC without telling me what the issue was or how much the parts would cost BEFORE doing the work. To my absolute surprise the repair cost was TWICE what I had on me to pay. And, since he had already fixed my AC I felt obligated to pay for the service. I reluctantly handed over my credit card, because I didn’t have anywhere near enough cash. When he stopped by in the past, he told me what the problem was and gave me the option to get the repair done. Had I known the repair would cost that much, I would have paid him for the service call and coordinated a time to get the repair done when I actually had the money. This is NOT how you do business.
Michael is sincere, knowledgeable and takes his time to make sure things are right. His prices are most reasonable and he always details what he plans on repairing and why. Today, facing what I thought would be a very expensive repair or new AC purchase, ended up being a workable charge. Michael determined my 10 year old system was still under a warranty and was able to replace it for labor. Who spends the time to confirm a warranty thus reducing his possible sale these days? In South Florida?! I highly recommend him and his services.

Best experience I've had with an AC company. Mike Barrickman came to my house who called with an ETA and kept it. Not many companies stay on schedule they promise due to the amount of work. He came to my house and diagnosed the issue my AC was having. He was very professional and courteous. Fixed the issue. Even after the service call was completed he called to make sure were not experiencing any other types of issue. We really appreciate it we highly recommend him. Thanks Mike!
Called All Services AC Inc. this am (Saturday). Mike came to my condo unit and fixed the AC leak. Also suggested to make change for the return grills and drop ceiling. Already got an estimate, which seems to be fair. Honest person. Will have him to complete the work. Very knowledgeable and good attitude. Thank you.
Approximately 4 1/2 months ago I moved into a new place. Right away at night my bedroom sound like I had a large air conditioning unit in my bedroom. Before, meeting Michael I had already had three air conditioning companies. They installed new parts but the noise was still loud as ever. They would be in and out like a flash. Now, I was thinking about moving but at my age moving is too much. I called an Acoustical Company in Minnesota for some advise. I was told what kind of company to look for. I did searches on Google and took a look at BBB of Southeastern Florida and the Caribbean. I selected 2 companies and called them. I decided to go with All Service Air Conditioning, Inc because the reviews impressed me. My nerves were shot from the noise, no sleep, and the extra finances. The same day I called, Michael came over and he listened to me and he went to work. He knew exactly where to start. That night I had a restful, quiet night. Michael is honest, reasonable prices, and a fast hard worker. Michael is my A/C man forever. Thank you Michael.
I met Mike last week when my AC shut down. He came over within 2 hours of calling and had me running in 30 minutes. He is an honest guy who looks after the customers best interests. He is one AC service that you will get personal service and someone that cares about his customers. Highly recommend him.
I took a chance and called Mike based upon the reviews that I read because the A/C was out on one side of my house. Mike is a solo owner operator and takes pride in his work. He offered his advice so that I would be able correct my problem. It took several phone calls to get it accomplished, but my a/c is working. He did not charge his advice. I will subsequently have him service my office a/c and highly recommend him to anyone that needs there a/c system repaired.
Michael returned my call right away. He was very knowledgeable and addressed the problem not the symptom. He was prompt and on time for the repair and would highly recommend him to anyone.
We have been calling on Mike for all of our air conditioner problems for the past 20 years. We have lived in different towns and he has serviced the units at all locations. He is fair and explains in detail what is the problem. He completes the job to our satisfaction. Pricing is fair and competitive.

What can I say? Mike is the one everyone should hire for any A/C problems! I had called early in the morning and I told him what was wrong, so he suggested I try to fix it own my own to save some money and gave me step-by-step on how to do it. When I told him the problem wasn’t fixed, I called to make an appointment. He was extremely punctual to my appointment and was very knowledgeable. He went in great detail into what he was doing and tried to teach me some things about the process. He wouldn’t settle until the problem was solved and even went out his way to get the part I needed to fix the A/C and came back (same day)! I paid a little over of what I had intended, but it wasn’t his fault (the part I needed was on the pricey side). He is not only professional, but extremely personable, with a great sense of humor! Very satisfied with the service. Thank you again, Mike!
