The technician was very professional and provided excellent service. He quickly got my AC to work and explained everything in detail to me. I would highly recommend.
KENZIE just repaired our AC and saved us a lot of money. He could have said it needed to be replaced but he was honest and repaired it instead. Kenzie also found the problem very fast - in about 20 minutes. He was on time, professional and friendly. He even changed the AC filter!
Had a great experience with CoolAir air conditioning company. Our unit wasn’t cooling well and Yuri came and fixed everything right up. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend this company, because they are responsive, one doesn’t have to wait long to get service, and they do a great job.

This company really cares about excellent customer service. I have used them two times in the past year for a/c repair and they did not disappoint. My tech both times was Johnny, who was pleasant, professional, patient and knowledgeable. Additionally, I find that the costs associated with the services they offer are reasonable, especially when compared to other HVAC repair companies. The technition, Junior was professional, quite knowledgeable, and communicated the issue clearly. He replaced the part quickly, and my Mom was able to enjoy her air conditioned home once again. Excellent pricing as well! Thank u!
