If there was a 6th star I would have given it. McGill is not just technically superior and delivers great service at a good price. They help you solve your problem even if it's something other than your unit. They went above and beyond on multiple occasions for me and I will never use anyone else.

Great service, have used McGill for almost 25 years, for all repairs, replacements and service. They are always quick to respond, I have their service contract with 24/7 availability. Repairs are always efficient and reasonable and the technicians are always professional and knowledgeable. You are in good hands with McGill A/C.

Robert McGill air conditioning has been around for a long time. But I think since Derek Andres took over the at the helm, he was able to take it to the next level. His customer service skills, response time, communication skills and ability to understand every day, stay at home mom issues, with air conditioning not working properly, and Deals heavy handily with compassion. Don't let his beta mail appearance throw you he is very knowledgeable and masculine on the inside. He can point any lady in the right direction for what type of curtains will go with your comforter and so forth. If it wasn't for Derek Andres I don't think Robert McGill air conditioning could have survived this long... thank God for Derek Andres. Bravo! No nepotism was used in the preparation of this ad
Always on time and great service, been using them for almost 7 years now, two visits a year to maintain my AC. But today the tech was the absolute best. Jordan Yanoff was so thorough, and explained everything, took time to really help me understand the unit. Did a complete maintenance no skimping around and was just a pleasure to have over. I hope he is my regular tech. I will request him each time. Thank you! God Bless Jordan!!
We had been very good customers of Robert McGill Air Conditioning and trusted them to do routine maintenance on our HVAC system as per the service contract we had with them. Unfortunately, during our last service call the technician failed to drain the outside line from the attic AC unit despite being requested to do so by the homeowner. This resulted in a MAJOR water leak in our kitchen ceiling followed by mold growth. We understand that people make mistakes, but what was totally unacceptable is that the company did not take responsibility for their negligence. The "Company Creed" talks about how they are committed to their customer's satisfaction and that they pride themselves in quality work, however this was not our experience. We had to spend over $16,000 for mold remediation and to repair our home for the damage caused by their negligent work. Most offensive is that the owner of this company could not even find the time to return our phone calls.
I have used McGill Air Cinditioning for several years for AC maintenance and repairs as needed. They always respond immediately and always leave my system working well. I would like to mention David Cesar who recently serviced my 2 home systems. He was on time, friendly- yet very professional, spent time cleaning my drains, even thoughtful enough to remove his shoes without being asked. Wonderful service, wonderful employees.
I was recommended this company by the doorman in our building when our AC stopped working on a Sunday in the middle of Summer. The serviceman that arrived was prompt, professional and extremely helpful. Long story short, we needed a whole new system, which wasn’t as easy as it sounds due to supply issues etc. I was told that I would be called first thing Monday morning, and they were true to their word. Unit was located, ordered and installation set up that same day. The office staff I spoke to could not have been nicer or more efficient. The technicians arrived on time and installed the new unit, and left our apartment spotless. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They gained a new customer for life with their exceptional service.

Juan from McGill Air Conditioning came to the house around 7 pm to help us get the A/C back to working order. This young man got high marks for being polite, honest, courteous and efficient. A/C out, called them. Rapid response. Talked with the tech, he said the blower motor needed replacement and gave me a quote. Cost was pretty much what I figured it would be. Then received a call about a half hour later, saying that an adapter would be needed for the replacement motor. Jacked up the price considerably. Set off warning bells (had companies do this before, and it didn't end well) and I declined to have the work done. The reviews here are overwhelmingly good though.

We have used McGill AC for many years. They have always been very responsive when called. Last year we replaced 2 AC units. They sent 4 guys with 4 trucks and replaced both units in one day! They were efficient and got the job done quickly. They cleaned up and left the place as clean as it was before they came. We have them check and clean out our ducts twice a year. This year they discovered one unit had been leaking and was freezing up. They needed to order a new part and replace that part. The warranty had expired a few days before this AC 6 month checkup visit. Even though the warranty had technically expired McGill decided to provide the installation service as a courtesy to honor our long term business relationship with them. This is what a good company does for its customers! We will certainly recommend them to our neighbors!
