The most dependable HVAC solution company within the Lantana. John and his team have been servicing our home for the past 10years. Within those 7 years of services rendered, there’s not been an incident where we were not satisfied with their level of performance and insight. They are always leveling up their services by keeping us abreast on how to maintain our units, accommodating on scheduling, cleaning up after their work, as well as, maintaining a level of integrity on what they do, whether it be a small or large job! The technician from Ace Heating & Air Conditioning Service Inc was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me tips on how to keep the pump for heating and cooling clean. He showed me where the switches were to reset the pump and furnace. He checked to make sure everything was in a good working condition as well as solving the issue causing the compressor on my furnace not to work. I would recommend him anytime.
Our technician was James who was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He diagnosed our problem with the thermostat controller in a matter of a few minutes. We highly recommend.

Very clear and complete explanations, immediate call back, same day service if the situation is urgent,considerate and pleasant repair people. Top notch!!

Ace Heating & Air Conditioning Service Inc installed our air conditioner and vent hood during a remodel and did an exceptional job. We have since used them to perform our annual maintenance. Moses, the service technician, is extremely friendly and professional. I would endorse them for any HVAC needs!!
DO NOT CALL THEM!!! The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called at 9am and was guaranteed that the technician would be at my office by noon since I have 15 employees working and I need AC. I called at 11am to see where I was at with install and was told they were finishing up appt and they would be here by noon. No one showed!!! I called at 12:30 and was told that my appt was between noon and 2:00, I was extremely upset and asked the rep to let me know exactly when they were coming so I could tell my employees when they would stop sweating, and the man on the phone told me they werent coming, find another company. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY
The folks from Ace Heating & Air Conditioning Service Inc did service on my furnace today. I was very satisfied with ease of scheduling and with the technician who came out to do the work. The price was standard, same as quoted in other places and the service was quality. Will use this place again.
