Nathan is very knowledgeable and takes excellent care of these important devices. He also informs us of the status of the equipment and new advances available. He is pleasant and we enjoy talking to him. Bravo to RedHead Heating & Cooling for having service people like Nathan.
Ben was very helpful in helping me understand this HVAC. It is quite unlike the one I had in my last home. He answered all questions, was informative about what he was doing and why. He told me how this system worked and what to expect and what to watch for. A great young man who made this first visit pleasant and educational.
The team is so good, we will absolutely be using them again. We had a few complex issues because they replaced our furnace, ac, and all of our ducting in our 1950’s house. They were so prompt in addressing any bump along the way and we are so happy with our new system. I can’t say enough good things about how transparent and great to work with they are. We recently had a mini-split heating and cooling system installed by RedHead Heating & Cooling. We found the process to be very smooth from getting an estimate through the completed project. The installers were on time and got immediately to work. The entire installation was finished and cleaned up in a very timely basis. The installation has been everything thing we were hoping for.

Excellent service. Friendly and professional. Ben showed up on time Went the extra mile to inform me what work was being performed and why. He also took time to clean our outdoor AC and it has never looked so clean! Ben clearly knew what he was doing! Scheduling is easy and I can't recommend the company enough!!
RedHead Heating & Cooling has great techs who are polite and informative. They were all dressed in uniform when they came over and kept their work area clean. They made the installation of my air conditioner an easy task and did it at a very fair price. They left me thanking them profusely for their honesty and thorough work.
