Just Wondering if they are still in business.
I have purchased over the last 2 years 3 complete a/c units from Eli in 3 separate properties. He is the best. On time, GREAT PRICES, never a problem. I highly recommend them!
I called about two times a month ago to get someone to check new AC they installed, after almost a month, still didn't receive a call from them.
This is the second time using WeatherSaint and I would like to compliment Eli and his team for delivering excellent customer service. His installation crew arrived on time, were clean and neat and professional. Eli's pricing was reasonable and fair with no surprises. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had a problem with my A.C I called them to come repair it, they Did a very good job at a very fair price. They were very nice people.

Was told 4 to 5 days for them to come fix an inoperative AC unit that they had installed less than a month before. They never called back or sent anyone to fix it. Ended up calling and paying another company to come repair my brand new unit. Edit: once again attempted to contact weather saint for 2 weeks to come repair our BRAND NEW AC unit. I’ve made contact with a representative on multiple occasions who acknowledged that Weather Saint has our records under the wrong name and told me they’d contact me. They never contacted me. They still haven’t repaired our unit.
I had our AC unit serviced by another company and then started calling around for estimates for a replacement. Then our AC completely quit on us and inside our house was 90 degrees! I called Weather Saint AC and they scheduled an appointment for that same day and showed up on time! They were professional, knowledgeable and told me they could have a new unit installed by the next day. They held true to their promise and we had a new Carrier AC system installed the next morning! The gentlemen that did the install were extremely professional and extremely friendly! They cleaned up and left everything immaculate!!! I can not say enough positive things about this company and their employees!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Weather Saint AC to anyone needing a new AC unit!
After getting 5 estimates this company came through with 5 stars on all categories of service. The estimate was below all the others; the sales representative was comprehensive in assessing what the project entailed and was extremely personable and low pressured; the materials were high end; the technicians were timely, courteous, and thorough; and the administrative personnel followed up immediately after installation and registered the split units to activate the warranty. I would highly recommend them.
Such a disappointment and waste of time. I scheduled an appointment for Sept 2nd. I never received a call so I called to confirm and they told me they were coming. NO CALL NO SHOW. Called the next day to see what happened. Receptionist asked to call me back, I never got a call. I don't understand how a business can operate like this.
I have a friend of mine, she has a problem with the AC Unit,.l gave her weather AC number,they come fix it, the price was good!Thank you guys!
A very professional Did a great job
I usually do not do reviews. But this company is a scam run as fast as you can.Dont use them they never came to there Appointments .They have you waiting around all day and tell you they’re coming and never come! 🏃🏿♀️
Made an appointment for an estimate. Called to confirm on the day of the appointment , he did show up, we talked about the options. When I said if he could email an estimate so I could think about what direction to take he got irritated at me asking why I wouldn't make a decision at that moment. He then called his partner, or somebody, he started talking to that person , walked outside and took off. I never received an estimate btw. I also noticed all of their reviews were submitted on the same day.this company sounded fishy to me
We decided to go with this company because we felt confident with their diagnosis and did not feel comfortable with the previous company we used. They installed the AC the very next day in a few short hours and cleaned up everything. There was no messed left behind. They even vacumned up any small debris.
I've waited twice for these people that never show up! It's a scam! The owners reply that I was warned that they are prioritizing is a lie, no one ever said that to me. I waited 4 hours 2 days in a row not one call was made to me that the technician couldn't make it or is running late. Not good business practices! Then the owner called me and berated me instead of apologizing for wasting my time.
