My home warranty company called the technician to determine what was wrong with the hot water heater. As soon as the technician was deployed, I was notified through email. The technician assigned to the work arrived on time, was pleasant, and knowledgable. Within a few minutes of the job being finished, I received a copy of the work invoice.
