Initially, I contacted the company to do an diagnostic on my ac. Before contacting Service Pros of America I had another guy out and less than a week later I had another issue with my ac. I booked my diagnostic appointment online and when they came out it was a couple minutes earlier than the time. The first day he came out I couldn’t get my ac checked because it was full of ice. This was a holiday weekend (a Saturday) and they told me they would come back on Monday. Monday they arrived ahead of time. My issue was a leak and my Freon was very low. They saw that I had other issues which were fixable as they fixed the leak. They actually went above and beyond! I’ll be using this company going forward and I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. They’ll come out and check on the ac once a year and it comes with other perks.
Came within the hour of calling to have my AC evaluated for leaking water. The professional was on time and knowledgeable about the AC issue. I ended up needing my AC coils to be cleaned and the service professional worked diligently to make sure the coils were cleaned, put back in the system, and that the AC was working correctly. He even called the following day to make sure everything was in working order. I definitely recommend and will do business with them again!
They stated they could not help me because I am out of state right now and it is for my rental property there. He says it’s a law which I do not understand. I live in Multiple states and will be at my Florida property in 2 weeks. Not sure this makes any sense. So if this sounds fishy maybe other things are too

Called and left several messages and attempted to email to get a quote on a whole building vent cleaning and never reached a person. Called during business hours and no one picks up.
The a/c of my parents stopped working, I called Service Pros of America and they came out not even 20 minutes later on a Friday after 5:00 pm and resolved the problem right away. They replaced the motor which had stopped working. The a/c is now working and cooling like new. They are fast, highly knowledgeable, and efficient. Their response time was immediate. I highly recommend them.
My air conditioning was leaking. Couldn't find any company to help me after hurricane i finally found this company online, did a great job! Anthony was a great worker!

They did an excellent job! While other A/C companies were closed on an early Saturday morning during the summer, Service Pro's took charge and came promptly. They provided diagnostic, cleaning, condase fan, realay compasse, and condenser cleaning.

It was unfortunate I wasted my time & money on calling the AC Boys when I should've done my research & contacted Service Pros of America first. But I can honestly say money well spent, actually did what they say they was going to do very detailed on what's going on & future services I may need. Please to whom ever is reading this you have to call these guys I'm very pleased to have contacted them.Thank you for having my ac fixed it's been 2 straight hot day & night.

Anthony was very professional and courteous. Service call pricing was very reasonable and didn't have to pay service call if work was performed. Would highly recommend this service.
