Financed AC unit a year ago and was told by the rep I would pay zero interest if I paid in full within the year, well that was a LIE because I ended paying around $200+ in interest even though I paid it off within the year. Their sales reps are shiesty and will say anything to get you to finance their services, DON’T DO IT. Also, if you call for service they’ll send another salesman to try and sell you something else instead of actually being helpful, SELL, SELL, SELL! $$$$$
USA AIR was a pleasure to do business with. The office called me back to move the appointment back so i would not go the weekend with no ac. The rep Eyal was very patient answered all my questions and the price very competitive. Installers were super ! Cleaned up completely. And I have had a follow up call to see if all was OK and I was pleased. House is cool and comfortable! Would recommend to anyone needing a new AC
This company has no professionalism or empathy towards customers. I bought a new unit from them, paid it off in FULL. My unit is still under warranty, I called for maintenance check due to AC keep dripping water after 4yr of installation…it’s day#3 and no one has show up. I Keep getting put on schedule and technicians not showing up. I DO NOT recommend this company…
WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT PURCHASE AN AC FROM THIS COMPANY!! Buyer beware!!! Our unit is under a year old and has given us problems ever since and they have yet to fix the problem. We were given a faulty unit and they refuse to replace it. They keep ordering parts to “fix” it and nothing works. They guaranteed this last part would take 4-6 weeks to receive and we are on week 9! The tech disconnected our AC and said not to use the AC until the part comes in. We have been in Florida 90 degree heat for 9 weeks with no phone calls nothing. The supervisor Kevin must take like 6 lunch breaks a day because the secretaries always have an excuse as to why he cannot come to the phone. It is terrible that they were paid in full and treat customers this way. The secretary told us we should try calling American Standard and complain. She was SO rude. Please stay away I regret my decision on going with this company everyday.
Our air conditioning stopped working and we called USA. We had originally purchased our A/C from them and have always found them great to deal with. Shimon came to see what was wrong - the same day we called. We needed our air ducts cleaned plus other servicing. He was patient in explaining the issues and he offered us a fair deal for the work. We had the service tech, Justin, come early the next morning. He and his trainee also were terrific. They protected our belongings and took care to do a great job. We were up and running in less than 24 hours. We highly recommend USA. Ask for Shimon and Justin!
Our A/C unit was blowing hot air. I was recommended to contact USAAC by another family member. Simon gave us a quote and the next day our new A/C system was installed. Simon was professional and patient with us and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. Our new system is fantastic. Thank you, for an amazing team who installed our new system. I hired this company to clean the vents in my apartment which were in awful state. Eyal was professional, knowledgeable and courteous, explained the work to be done in detail, and made sure the crew came on the same day to get the work done, with excellent follow-up. They did a full cleaning and restoration of the ducts, including HEPA vacuuming, sanitizing, and application of a white treatment along the ducts to prevent future accumulation of dust. The crew worked diligently and even tidied up after the work was completed. Thank you 🙏

The Energy Consultant, Eli Dratler that was sent out to check and clean my A/C vents was a remarkable young man to work with, not only was he polite and efficient but carry out his job with expertise: He checked meticulously the A/C and vents and took pictures of what was inside them which he was able to show me and explained to me exactly what needed to be done. I scheduled a service for vents cleaning the estimate for 9 vents was about 250 per vent I agree because they offered 18 months interest free so I agreed what happened when they came to do the job they only did 8 vents because one of the vents is not connected to the a/c system so when I called and called again and again they keep saying that they need to talk to the manager then that the salesperson was going to called me this been going on since October 2022 and here I’m waiting for someone to call me and nothing all I want is my money back for the vent I was charged for but they never cleaned it
I gave their technician a check for $3000 as a deposit for a new AC in October. He admitted to the police that he cashed the check and spent the money. I have not received the money back.The technician was wearing their uniform and said that he was obtaining the unit through USA AC
I worked with Eyal, from the USA, at A/C, and he was direct, courteous, and helpful. I was very impressed by his response to the situation and how he quickly came up with a solution to help.
I had an issue with a leak in my AC. They sent over Izik as my technician and I must say he took care of me like I was his family. Best service I have ever had!!! Thank you so much for not only helping me but taking the time to thoroughly explain how to care for my AC system. God bless you.
Simon Super professional polite and had a solution for all of our needs in our home met all expectations and followed up was very informative will recommend to anyone looking to do any AC work or even windows can’t wait to see how my home looks with the new windows and even more the FP&L bill with the savings
They sold me a brand new unit and promised "professional" customer service after installation.... it's been anything but "professional". The phone customer service agent "Cecilia" was so snarky and rude with me! I asked to speak with her supervisor and she told me there was no supervisor available?? I asked her to transfer me to anyone but her and she refused!! The routine maintenance plan I payed for has been so difficult to get the technician to show up at the correct time or day!! I certainly hope they improve in these areas and I don't end up regretting using this company! "Cecilia" (if that's her real name) could have politely told me she would take my number and have a supervisor return my call for my concerns! Horrible, horrible customer service!!
Izik helped fix our UV light in the ac unit and was very kind and willing to answer questions. He is a great worker.
Don’t ever use this business they are scam artists they will rob your money and never come to do maintenance . I purchased a brand unit in 2018 and they never came to do maintenance. When I called for them to come out they went ahead to tell me that a whole bunch of things needs to be done over $900 worth of maintenance. If you decide to use them they will steal your money. Than the manager Roy and technician Shane are complete Jerks. They are this Alfa arrogant makes that don’t want to here anything because they know they are robbing you . Especially if your elderly they will take advantage the whole company are unprofessional and thieves DONT DO BUSSINESS WITH TGE !! P. S I got another use company “one hour air conditioning and heating they are amazing and you will get such a beautiful job!! They charged me 1/4 of the price !! REMEMBER ONE. HOUR AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING “
