Snyder services came to my home and repaired my electrical outlets and overhead ceiling fan. They were on time ,courteous and professional.

I called Thursday evening because I had no hot water and Friday morning Mark came and found my timer wires needed to be replaced. I appreciated the 3 options given to get my hot water working again instead of just one. Mark was knowledgeable and professional and so patient with all my questions. I now see why y’all have such great reviews. It is so refreshing to do business with a company with integrity.
I love Snyder. My service tech Mr Ortiz was extremely professional and came with a bubbly personality and he explained everything. Keep Mr Ortiz on my records for speed dial. He was the BOMB 💣 NAMASTE 🙏🏾
As a loyal AC customer of Snyder, I can also say that the electricians are equally as courteous and professional. I received a prompt response, fast installation with a warranty.
They also went out and got me a new garbage disposal. Except for the expensive price I would recommend them again
The employee came to our home to perform plumbing repair. He did not bring towels or buckets and made a complete water mess in our kitchen. So much so that our laminate wood floor is now buckling because he had so much water on the floor. He was also supposed to perform maintenance on two toilets. We never let him touch the 2nd one because when he went to repair the 1st one, he had to use the garbage can in our bathroom for water and left a mess on the floor. My husband talked to the owner that night and he said he would send guys back to the house the next morning. They didn't show up until early afternoon and were as untrained as the first man they sent. Not only will we NEVER recommend Snyder, but we will be sure to tell everyone we know to use anyone but this company.
Marcus and his team from Snyder heat and air did an awesome job with the maintenance of my AC unit and duct cleaning! I would definitely call on them again
I hardly ever leave reviews but had to leave one today. Kelvin was very knowledgeable about the issue and he arrived earlier than expected. We didn’t feel pressure to continue with the service but thanks to his knowledge we decided to go with it and very happy we did. He did a great great greatttt job! Because of Kelvin we will definitely without a doubt use Snyder again!
The guy that came out was not a slimy sales weasel check the specs on the inside outside unit checked the panel gave me my equipment options and multiple finance options He made it easy for a stressful time
Had an appointment today for a total AC replacement. The crew arrived at 9am and where out the door by 12:30. Fast, profession and clean. Outstanding service.
Dillan did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and explaining the causes around my electrical issue. I recommend him 10/10 as well as the company as a whole. I have never had any issues with Snyder.
