This company just replaced me HVAC system and they were fantastic. Everyone I talked to, from the inspection, installation, and the office, was very professional. I would highly recommend this company. I plan to start using one of their maintenance programs.
Heating issue: Same day service - got a diagnosis of the issue within 20 minutes of arrival, which was right on time for the timewindow we were alloted. The Gentleman was an amazing help, would absolutely reccommend!!! Thank you again!
Excellent installation. The installers did a amazing job.They were friendly and worked very well together.They cleaned everything up when they were done.Very professional. The new AC system works great.

Cameron arrived on time. He was polite, professional, and explanned the maintenance program. He pefformed the maintenance and clearly stated what t needed to get done. It was the most comprehensive maintenance that the AC system has ever had. I highly recommend Veterans AC.

The technicians and office staff are very professional, helpful and accommodating. We have 2 rental properties and our own home and Veterans AC provides excellent serice at reasonable prices. They are a great local company!
We called Veteran’s AC on Sunday and heard back within about 10 minutes. They said someone could come that day but we chose to wait till Monday. Mike Yancey came right on time and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. We are very pleased with the service. We have already recommended Veteran’s AC to neighbors!
Very responsive and communicative. They even take pictures of various elements and HVAC values shown while testing to give you a complete snapshot of how your system is running. Would recommend.
We contacted Veterans due to their reputation in the community. We were not disappointed. Everyone that came out, or who we worked with in the office; for emergency service and ultimately the install was amazing. I highly recommend Veterans to anyone needing repair or a full new install.
Love this company. I have used them several times when had we had a/c problems. We purchased one of their plans after that. We had a tech come an inspection before the summer heat and said he said there was rust/getting worn out and we would more than likely need a new unit next year (unit almost 15 years old). Sadly, 2 months later after his visit, our a/c unit went out again. Tech explained everything to us on purchasing a new system versus repairing the old system. They ordered the system and installed as soon as they could as Hurricane Ian was coming through Florida. The techs that removed the old system and installed the new a/c system (in a very tight space in the attic) were very professional and did a fantastic job. Note: they also provide a military discount which is very wonderful. I recommend them to be your a/c company. Jon
First time customer. My AC stopped. Veteran's was able to get someone out the same day. Mike diagnosed and repaired the problem in about 15 min. Also added coolant. Price was fair. Outstanding service. Recommended!
Because of an incoming tropical system there was going to be a delay on the installation of my new AC unit. I requested a short supply of coolant in outgoing AC unit to hold me over until new unit was installed. Will, from Veterans Air was out in an hour. Very courteous and professional service.
I recommend Veterans AC & Heating to all my family and friends. This is my 2nd time using them. The first was when I was renting and now again since I'm now a homeowner. Will Ebanks was very prompt and professional. All their staff is and they all explain in detail what they're doing before any work is done, and they're good about cleaning up after themselves too. I signed up for the maintenance contract to keep my system operating at peak performance. The value and service are excellent. A family member initially called them for an issue with their a/c, or so they thought. Veterans was honest that it was not an a/c problem but an insulation issue. Loved the honesty. They’ve earned all our business.
I hired this Company because of their excellent reviews and they did not disappoint. John answered all my questions and concerns and was very honest with me. I needed more repairs recently and was blessed with another excellent technician, Will. He explained the process and kept me informed. I honestly felt like Will was a friend and the company had my best interests at heart. He was knowledgeable and patient and answered all my questions. I would most definitely recommend this company to my friends!!

We had to call them for emergency repair after our AC went out on Labor Day weekend. I was shocked at how quickly they came out for repairs. We called them at 7am on Sat morning, they had some out by 9 and it was fixed by 930ish(drain line was clogged). I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company!
