i have been dealing with Mr. Arthur a while now very nice and professional always satisfied with his work very reasonable priced and dependable and yes he sis it again today save me again from this heat in Florida some times you look at service quality and dependability and this business is all of that and some , thank you Mr Arthur and his son .
Art installed our unit back in 2020. We called him for a service call in the middle of this heat wave. He put us into his busy schedule and we are so happy that he is such an honest and knowledgeable business man at a reasonable price. Thank you Art

We were fortunate enough to find Shade’s number through Angies List last week. Our AC suddenly started heavily blowing hot air and we could not shut it down with the off switch on the thermostat. We had to shut the breaker box off. We called Shades and Arthur was there within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem promptly as a fried circuit board and it needed a new blower control. His charges are very fair and reasonable and the service was excellent! He did not try to convince me to buy a new unit. I really appreciate his honesty!! When it is time for a new unit, Shades will be my first call.
By far this is the most reliable air conditioner service that I have ever used. Arthur is a wonderful, prompt, and most honest man I have ever met. He is there for you in an emergency.

WADE came last week when the drain on the upstairs unit was leaking onto the ceiling downstairs. He came the same day. And fixed it. He came back today to service both air units. Professional and reasonably priced. I am so glad I found this company.
They were awesome most of all honest. Very hard workers. I had a second hand old Air conditioner youcouldnt see any numbers on it. It was a rusty old thing now I have a beautiful enery efficiency system I give them.5stars and would recommend them to any one looking for a unit. Very happy with my choice I got the best. They did a great job with our air conditioning. We just had them install our brand new Trane air conditioning system. They were professional, attentive, and I look forward to working with them in the future.
Absolutely the best. Aurther came out the same day I called him to fix what another company screwed up. Look no further if you want knowledge, promptness and honesty. You won't be overcharged like alot of these will.

After dealing with another local (shady) business I was referred to Art , due to my air not cooling. Art was quick, professional and affordable for his services. Will definitely be using Shades again when we have to replace our a/c (probably sooner than later).
Shades has worked on two units for me over the years, one old, one not so old. The service is excellent. Made suggestions for repairs that were cost effective. Takes great pride in doing the job properly and the bills are very reasonable.
One of the best AC companies in the area. I'm a realtor and have used his company for over 16 years. I have personally had 2 AC units installed. One in 2007 and the other 4/2021. We have been using Shades Air Conditioning for about 3 years now. They installed a brand new until in December of 2017. Art is an honest, great professional who will not disappoint. He’s gained my trust through the years. His son Wade is also great. He came out today to fix a leak in the connection to our unit. He was prompt, friendly and professional. Honest family business. Definitely recommend.
I thought I had a leak in the condenser and needed refrigerant and/or a replacement. Art, the owner, arrived on time and verified the condenser is fine and the drain by the handler was clogged. Huge relief ! No up-sale! Just honest business practice. Highly recommend Shade's to everyone!
Arthur was knowledgeable, helpful, and worked quickly. Easy to get a hold of, as well, which is a huge deal when your AC dies here in Florida.
unit installed 1 year ago so far so good.$1,000 less than next bid for same unit.Had friend call him for second opinion after he was told he needed a new unit.Arthur said maybe someday but the problem he was told he had was not a problem at all and to call him if it ever became a problem
