I highly recommend McCarthy Air Conditioning Cooling CO. They actually installed a new hot water heater for us years ago. And last month we added a sunroom to our home and they installed the new mini-split. They did excellent work for us again.
Every time we use them, they UP their game. Customer service is well trained and thorough. The technicians do great diag work and the repairs were completed on time and at the agreed upon price. We own a small business and finding good employees who care is a constant challenge.
The McCarthy Air Conditioning Cooling team that performed the service were excellent. They were knowledgeable and professional. They hit a small snag with a birds next blocking the way to the exterior of the vent but the guys went above and beyond to ensure that the entire duct was clean and clear. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for future duct cleaning services!!

Ben was very helpful and knowledgeable and let me watch him while he worked so I had a better understanding of how the system worked. I also really appreciated that we were able to be bumped up a couple days because they had some down time and we're to fit in sooner.
When most companies are doing free estimates, it's asinine to charge $99 for that. When I made the person aware I'd be skipping the estimate, he seemed excited and said "me too!!." Missing out on a lot of potential money by doing this.

My system was installed by McCarthy Air Conditioning Cooling Company's team 4 months ago. I’ve had nothing but good experience with this company. I really appreciated the dedication of this team to having the system ready and installed in reasonable time, and keeping me up to date on all steps of the process. I will even have them perform the semiannual service on the equipment.
In the fall we used McCarthy Air Conditioning Cooling CO to install a new furnace and AC. After a week we hired their plumbing service for the first time and were very impressed as always! They seriously hire the kindest people who are knowledgeable and can always answer my questions. They always have great deals and quality work! We will always use them.
I called mid-day the day before, and I was able to get an appointment the next day. The lady who took my call was friendly, accommodating, and very informative. I needed to have our a/c units checked to make sure they're ready for the warmer days. Our tech, Kelvin, was on time, very professional, and provided me with information that I was easily able to understand. He was very systematic and knowledgeable. I called McCarthy and set up an appointment acknowledging there would be a $120 service fee. When the repairmen showed up they were wearing shirts for The Right Sevice A/C Installation and repair. The reason I select McCarthy was because of their reviews and they're local. I informed the repairmen that the drain needed to be cleared. They looked at the unit and agreed and the told me it would be $299. I felt stuck since I had $120 already invested. The work took less than 30 minutes. Then I was told if I paid by credit card I would be charged tax. I've never heard of such on repairs and service. Again felt stuck and wrote a check. I feel that when you call a compamy they should tell you in advance that they are sending another company out to fo the work. Also let client know you prefer checks, and that there are additional fees for credit cards. Also, drain cleaning serms pretty straightforward and the charge for that seems very high to me. I have nothing negative to say about the repairmen. I just felt stuck and that I over paid for a simple service.
Air-conditioning is the greatest invention ever! So when our newly purchased home’s air started to fail I called McCarthy. Mr. Brown came out, took his time and got to know our needs as a family. He is a true expert in the field. I was impressed at his ability to answer all concerns or questions directly and break things down into layman’s terms. He prides himself in customer service and is servant leader. McCarthy sent out two crews and both Carrier systems were installed in one day. We are now cool and comfortable with the controls right in the palm of my hand. Thank you so much for amazing quality services
Awful customer service! Called for service and they were late for window given. No call to explain reason for tardiness. I callEd back an hour past time (and their phone rang and rang). Finally, I get ahold of someone to have to wait an additional 2 hours. I canceled my service. Too many other places to try to waste my time with this one.
Clinton from McCarthy Air Conditioning Cooling CO did our annual tune up and his work was meticulous. He was extremely detailed with the service and was very patient with explaining everything. I cannot hesitate to recommend his services.
The installer came by to check out a couple of problems and provided a very professional and quote and explanation about what needs to be done. Returned the next day to install a humidifier and auxiliary pump. Work was quickly completed and the site cleaned well. Very fair price and great service. The technicians were on time, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what was wrong and how to prevent it in the future. They also explained how my system was functioning and some upcoming maintenance that will be required. Highly recommended.
