Waited 3 hours during our appointment window and nobody ever showed up. Called the office to cancel the appointment and they did not seem to care. I would recommend looking for another reliable company.
Joe came out today and met with our tenant and inspected our a/c unit. The tenant commented on how friendly Joe was and easy to work with. Joe went over what was wrong, was easy to understand and easy to pay over the phone for the visit. This is the first time I’ve used Cool Today and I’m very happy with their services so far!
We called this company to install new taps in our bathroom and fix a leaking shower. The charge to replace the shower cartridge was $380.00 for a 10 minute simple job and $30.00 part. The cost to install new taps and two shut off valves that we supplied was $880.00 . upon Investigation through other companies we found that this was a case of taking advantage of seniors. I would not recommend using this company. Particularly if your a senior!
I had my new AC Unit installed. They did an excellent job. However, after "routine" preventive maintenance I found the ceiling below the air handler was soaking wet and a "river" was flowing in my garage. On Sept. 3 their man came out and fixed apparently a drain fitting allowing the flow outside. He took photos of the ceiling damaged and informed someone would come out to repair the ceiling. as of this date, 11/22/2022 I have had no response.
Just tried to see if they had availability today and they kept trying to take my information and would not answer the question
Took off work and scheduled a quote between 8 and 1. At 1:40 I realized they're not making it on time and rescheduled. The dispatch rescheduled between 8-1pm and had to add a note, "must be on time". When you block off the majority of the day and still have to add that, it worried me. Here it is the reschedule date. Once again 2pm rolls around and now technician. Cool Today, Clog Kings have 700+ 5 star reviews, people are trying to give your 4.4 star company a chance.
Watch out. These folks are a rip off. They gave me a $640 estimate to install three fire alarms. I bought them at walmart for $75 and an hour later had them installed.
Had a leak in my wall . Called them Saturday. Great response. Be there tomorrow,Sunday by noon. I said OK. go for it. We'll this AM, SUNDAY THE DAY PROMISED AND THEY CALLED AND CANCELLED .SAID THEY COULD RESCHEDULE ANOTHER DAY. I SAID NO WAY, CALL ME WHEN YOU HAVE A PLUMBER AVAILABLE TODAY AS PROMISED CALLBACK' OFFERED $50 OFF. REALLLLY!! LESS THAN THEIR INITIAL CHARGE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I FOUND SOMEONE ELSE WHO WAS THETE IN AN HOUR. NEVER HAVE I HAD AN EMERGENCY REPAIR CANCELLED
I would give this company 10 stars if I could. The best in the Bay Area. Honest, dependable. Highly recommend. Our technician Manny, was wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I’ve lived in Florida for over 40 years, one of the best companies I’ve dealt with. Thank you.
Just found out from Mother-in-law that the sink stopper in her bathroom sink was not holding water. She has a habit of not informing me of problems. Found out that in 2018 when Cool Plumbing installed her new Moen faucet for us that he did not install the new sink stopper. He told her the old one was fine and took the one that was included with our new faucet. The person doing work for us yesterday tried to fix it but said need the part that came with faucet. Said that the plumber that installed it probably just didn't want the hassle of installing that on a pedastal sink. Never use these people. They also tried to sell us on a $900 new garbage disposal when another company was able to just tighten some screws.
Justin from Sarasota Location was was one of the most friendliest most professional worker I have met. The service from start to finish was top notch from the service agent that picked up my call to the service technician Justin that handled the job. I would highly recommend Cool Today their prices are extremely competitive if not the best and they also have plans for all your home needs. Please don’t hesitate call them today!
Had plumbing issues in my laundry room, They sent a guy named Jamarcus, great guy! He was very professional and very helpful and answered all my questions without getting annoyed ( i had a lot of questions). The price was also not as bad as I was expecting! I will totally recommend this business to my family and friends any day! Its hard finding a trustworthy company! so Happy! Jamarcus thank you!
Easy drain replacement, super friendly and knowledgable
I absolutely recommend Cool Today!! We are having French Drain issues and Cool Today was the first company to agree to come out and assess our issue. Reached out to 5 other companies to only be told they don’t do this type of work. Alex came out today and walked around with me and was very honest about what he feels could be going on. He is hoping we don’t have an expensive problem but in order to determine this he wants to go another route that is more affordable and we will go from there. I appreciated his honesty and also the fact that he came out!!! If I have any issues in the future I will be calling Cool Today!!!
This is by far the worst company I have ever used to do a simple home plumbing repair. There was a employee named tim who came into my home and ended up causing so much damage that we had to use other plumbers to fix his mistakes. I refused to pay for anything that wasn’t broken before he came into our home. Also I didn’t authorize him to do anything that wasn’t covered by our homeowners insurance. He is by far the worst plumber I have ever dealt with and disaster recovery pros (the main contractor) agreed which why there plumbers had to repair everything he touched. They now won’t stop harassing me for payment on services I never approved! Do not use this company!
Kevin did a great job installing a 52 inch ceiling fan on a 12 ft ceiling and replacing an electrical switch. He was very professional. I highly recommend this company.
I agree with another reviewer DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! We were looking to install a 4 ton 16 seer unit in our house. We called numerous companies and received estimates and this was the highest but was a Carrier product and we had a carrier in our house for the past 18 years and it ran great. We spoke with Mike Fishbein, the sales rep, and he sent us an estimate for a 4 ton 14 seer unit. The thing about this company's estimates are they do not say anywhere on them the size of the unit or seer rating. The consumer has to cut and paste the model into Google to see what it is. Mike's stance was we never discussed seer rating? Really? Who buys a car without picking a model? The installers came out and installed a condenser where some of the aluminum fins were already bent. Instead of pointing this out, trying to fix it or replacing it, they left. The company did agree to replace it. The following evening, the drip pan below the unit was filled with water. A tech was sent out at 9pm at night and advised us the air handler was improperly installed by the original crew and instead of being tilted toward the drain line, the unit was tilted the other way. The water was gathering in the unit and could not drain anywhere except into the pan. This is the same installers that installed the damaged condenser. The tech finally left around 11pm. 2 days owned, 2 problems discovered. Repeated emails and requests were made to speak with someone other than Mike to discuss the misleading sales tactics and the problems we were having. Those requests went unanswered even after Mike assured me he would have someone call me. After discussing the issues we were having with the new equipment with Mike, he did have them replaced but he continued to decline our request to speak with someone above him and to install the 16 seer unit we requested. Again Mike stood by his beliefs that we never discussed seer ratings and only discussed price. I did agree to have the condenser and air handler re
DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED A BAD A/C CONDENSER FAN MOTOR. QUOTED A PRICE TO REPLACE MOTOR CAPACITOR AT OVER 800.00. I KNEW BETTER SINCE I HAVE HAD THIS SAME WORK DONE AT A DIFFERENT HOUSE. I PAID LESS THAN 500.00 FOR THE SAME SERVICE FROM AN A/C COMPANY THAT DOESN'T WORK ON WEEKENDS. TECH SAID IF HE HAD TO REPLACE THE MOTOR IT WOULD BE 1700.00. TOLD TECH TO GET LOST AND WAITED TILL MONDAY. NEW CAPACITOR. TOTAL COST FOR EVERYTHING 481.00.
My yard and sprinkler system is not for your crews to drive on because they are too lazy to go around the block.
