Called them and they came out quickly and knew exactly what to do in order to fix my issue. Mario was my tech, super smart, friendly, polite and courteous. I would highly recommend them!

I’m a customer from Vortex for about 4 years and I’m very very happy with the professional way to attend all my requests. They installed both air conditioner in my house and every time I have any issue or maintenance request, they always answer very fast and their team are well prepared to attend it and fix the problems. I also had an experience in my apartment with old air conditioners, their experience were key to find and solve the problem. I definitely recommend this company. Their are honest and provide excellent service and customer attention.

****Don't let these 'people' fool you!!!**** ▪︎▪︎▪︎▪︎My Reply to Owner(?)'s response to my less than par google review••••••• I posted another picture for those of you still not sure if you should choose Vortex Air to meet your needs may want to read after you read all of this. It's the APPROVAL Letter from First Choice that authorized Vortex Air to replace the motor as determined by insurance policy's verbiage. I know insurance and I know legal. A jury would find Vortex Air guilty for breach of their contractual liability with me by accepting my payment for their work AND not coming back to do the work and for the additional damage from their abandonment to my real property in my condo unit on the 6th floor. Their" work" is still ongoing-not completed. First Choice approving or not approving really doesn't matter Wrong is just Wrong. What type of contractor does this to a minority? I paid Vortex Air to come out and they left me high and very wet. ***here's the beginning if you are reading this for the 1st time************you will call the next contractor in the phone book. Zero ☆ wasn't a choice. Breachers of Contracts!!!! DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!! On 4/4/22 Karina accepted my upfront payment for her to send a tech out because my AC had flooded the surrounding floor. The tech came out. HE DID NOTHING TO SERVICE MY AC which was surrounded by water. The tech "told" me I needed a new motor, coils had to be cleaned, and a couple of other items....HE WOULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A SERVICE TICKET/RECEIPT WITH SUCH DETAILS OF THE "SERVICE" CALL. HE SAID HE HAD TO GO BACK TO THEIR OFFICE TO GET IT APPROVED AND THEN HE WOULD COME BACK...for me to plan on it taking 4hrs. IT'S BEEN 2 1/2 MONTHS; NOBODY CAME BACK. THEY DIDN'T COMPLETE NOR START THE JOB THEY WERE CALLED OUT TO DO, AND I WAS LEFT WITH A BIGGER MESS WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY & CONDO ASSOC. THEY WON'T RETURN MY CALLS, EMAILS OR TEXTS. #HELPMEHOWARD #REQUESTING LEGAL HELP
Super service, Oscar was great, on time, and professional. I had a freon leak which he fixed promptly while giving me tips on how to properly maintain my HVAC.
I was very pleased with Vortex and specifically Oscar as the technician who worked diligently for hours to repair a broken pipe which was causing our Freon to leak. I will definitely use this company again.
The installation of our new air conditioner at my house ran smoothly, functionally, and properly. Everything was done and time, everything was done very efficiently and done to our standards.

Oscar was fantastic - thorough, quick and kind - I hope I don't need him again, but if so, I would not hesitate to call Vortex.
I called Vortex when my AC needed to be replaced a few years ago and they have been my go-to service ever since. They respond in record time, are very reasonably priced and most importantly, very trustworthy. In these times that it is hard to know who to trust, it is very satisfying to know there are honest companies like Vortex. Give them a try, you will not regret it.
I needed a brand new AC system and quoted with a few companies. I ended up choosing Vortex and it went great. Karina was super helpful during the quoting process and The technician was profesional. The system arrived when they told me and the installation was on the day they told me. When they left, they left everything clean and Oscar (technician) was super friendly as well. I highly recommend them!
Scam company. Was sent out by Home Warranty company and they falsified report to favor Insurance company. Ask for a written estimate and they never sent. Take your business elsewhere.
This company is undeniably irresponsible, unprofessional, negligent. Karina Pereira is rude and doesn’t follow the rules of my condominium and I lost money because of her unprofessionalism. I asked to speak to the manager. There’s only the owner and Karina. Don’t hire them, they don’t have an office, they only have a P.O. Box and never answer phone calls. Their only form of communication is emails.
This is a RARE find in Florida. Believe me, I could not recommend this company more! I've send it to all my friends already who are like me: know nothing about home systems repairs! This company was assigned by my insurance after 4 different technicians had come to try and figure out the problem with my broken AC. 2 weeks without AC, I had lost hope that the Insurance would be able to send a good technician who would do a good job. I though I was going to have to pay out of pocket to get descent service. Technician came sharp on time, very respectful, he knew what he was doing, was negligent in really doing a through inspection on the system (something I had complained to the insurance before ,these technicians just wanted to charge for the visit, so no one really spent the time in inspecting it well). He found the problem (a leak on the refrigerant, just outside the outdoor equipment) in his first visit (other technicians had come 2 and 3 times and did all sort of tests and could not find where it was). The customer service was also really good: the lady is respectful and tries to work with you on your problem and urgencies (to my surprise, these companies tend to be specially awful when it comes to customer service) They worked with me to schedule the repair as fast as they could, once the insurance approved, knowing I was desperate after 2 weeks without AC.
They are fantastic to work with. They are responsive and do high quality work. We have had them back several times and also use their maintenance service. We highly recommend them!
Did work in DORAL GARDENS and overcharged unit owner. They replaced a AC system. They were very unprofessional and overcharged unit owner
I had a new split system installation 11/14/2020. And I was very impressed with the company. Both Hector and Oscar were extremely professional and courteous. Oscar performed the installation and he cleaned up in the areas worked in. Prices are reasonable and service is top notch. The system, now 12 days later, has been working great and I am excited to see my next FPL bill. I would highly recommend VORTEX to others.
GREAT SERVICE! From the first time I called, the nice lady that answered my call was able to get a technician to come out that same day. The technician (I think his name is Oscar) was on time, and I was actually late coming back home due to traffic, and he patiently waited for me for almost an hour!! He was courteous during the entire service and was able to quickly figure out the issue and fix it all in less than 45 minutes. Today, I called the office for a receipt and description of the issue, and again the lady who answered the phone (I think her name was Karina, according to email) was very helpful and was able to get me everything I needed! Will definitely call them in future with any AC needs
