My A/C broke down in the morning and All Nations showed up at my apartment on the same day. The repair was done promptly and my A/C was working again by the afternoon. My building requires that all technicians and companies provide proof of insurance, workers' compensation and Florida license, before the technician arrives. All Nations provided all the necessary documents within one hour of requesting them. All Nations' service was fast, the quality of the repair was great and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to repair or upgrade their A/C system.
They installed the ac a year ago and the unit was having some issues. Took several visits for them to conclude they could not help. They had no professionalism or customer service about it though. They would not answer questions or if they decided to answer a phone call they would become combative and recommend you to go elsewhere. Well we did go elsewhere and it took the other company one visit to tell me the welding was done incorrectly and it had been rewired wrong. Do not recommend. Ps: The company should not have my information, I’m a tenant. Also excuse me perhaps the whole company does not treat their customers this way but a gentleman called LEO did.
This company is impeccable. I was referred to them by a friend after a well known company gave me an astronomical estimate to change my whole unit ; and that’s after charging $175.00 for the visit. Leo and Wilson were the most honest and professional people I’ve ever encounter in my 23 years of leaving in Miami. They priced the whole unit for half the price compared to the first company and the first visit, when they fixed a leak, was $120.00. I placed the order on a Monday and my unit was installed on Wednesday (see pic below). They both are so honest and good hearted that I can only wish them much success and a lot of businesses! Thank you so much!!! Looking forward to recommend you to everyone I know!

The evening of our kid's birthday party the outside AC unit stopped completely. It was making a little sound as though trying to get started but was just not working, totally out of the blue. I found Leo and All Nations AC through one a friend of mine and literally called him at 8.30am the next morning... a Sunday morning. He was really nice, very helpful in trying to diagnose the problem over the phone and was with us by 9.30am (again, on a Sunday). Turns out it was a bust capacitor and he had a replacement right there in his super organized van. 150% recommend his service. Excellent, reliable, knowledgeable, customer-oriented and very good price. No hidden "emergency" or "weekend" fees, just great reliable service. This is for sure our go-to company for anything and everything AC from now on!
I've been trying to fix a noise in the installed thermostat from the last year and All Nations could help me, finally, fixing it, after a lot of others come.
Simply Exceptional! Competitive price, right on time, super clean installation, knowledgeable, and honest! We had a really bad installation with wires and drainer all over the place. It was really ugly! They came, inspected everything, found humidity in the return box, but never tried to oversell anything. I made a decision of changing the system since mine was already 10 years old, and they professionally suggested an adequate equipment. They went beyond my expectations and built a metal box to mount the air handler and the return on, and avoid contact with the floor. I am very hesitant in writing reviews, but I couldn't pass on this one. These people are the best in class!
Unfortunately Miami is not the best place to find top quality service and top quality professionals. Leo is one of a kind and always impressing. After a great service replacing my home AC unit and promptly responding to all my needs afterwards, I called him about my business unit. Again, he quickly responded to my call and provided precise advices with the confidence of someone who knows their trade. I'd call no one else to take care of my AC needs. Thanks Leo!

This is a large commercial building. Leo came in to solve a problem caused by another company, and he was able to carefully unravel the issue and fix it. He is professional, knowledgeable, a good communicator and polite. I have no problem recommending this company.
