I have nothing but high praise for this company. I have been a customer for at least 20 years and am a loyal customer because I know if my air conditioner fails, I can count on them to respond in a timely manner. I recently had to replace my entire unit and I was assured by Barbie that she would offer me the best unit for at the most reasonable cost. I also benefited by having a Service contract with them which reduced the cost. Their technicians arrive on time and efficiently complete the job. This is a great, reliable company and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an air conditioning company. M. Leigh

They installed my AC several years ago and have provided maintenance since then. I find them reliable , they provide a service yearly with the contract as well as service as needed. I find the servicemen do a good job and I never feel like they are pushing service I don't need. Will keep on renewing the contract.
Air Cool has been my a.c. Service for more than a decade, their service is superior.

Had a good technician come and fix the AC- he was terrific, polite and knowledgeable. Jesus also helped me out by installing a UV light to help keep the AC clean.
Late evening my AC was barely working as it should and of all times..during the peak of summer. I immediately called Aircool Florida and Barbie answered right away. She was able to get a technician to me first thing next morning. Jorge came by bright and early to check on my AC and determined my unit needs to be replaced. Barbie worked very hard to get my AC unit installed the same day but since I live in a two story condo and the separate unit is on the roof, she needed to find a crane company to lift the unit up to the roof. Unfortunately no crane company was available the same day but she was able to get the crane company to come out to my apartment the next day. She scheduled the technicians and crane to come first thing next morning. Jorge came back later and dropped off a portable AC unit. I was pleasantly surprised because no other company in Miami offers this! As promised both technicians Jorge and Julio came by early next morning. They both were amazing at installing my new AC unit! Thanks to all the hard work of Barbie and techs Jorge and Julio, I now have a nice brand new unit and wonderful AC again! I highly recommend Aircool Florida for all your AC needs. They are punctual, professional, reliable, reasonable with cost and customer service is absolutely the best!! Call them! You won’t regret it!
AirCool Mechanical is a licensed company. They were prompt and courteous. On the phone they were very helpful. The tech they sent was on time, clean and respectful. He got to work promptly, explained the problem and fixed it quickly. He was neat and the price was fair. I felt safe, respected and not taken advantaged of. I highly recommend them.
