These folks don’t return calls and are to busy to be bothered. I called the 24/7 line on a Saturday at 11 am 1:30 pm Sunday 11 am and it’s Monday night and I’m waiting for return call. Called another company Saturday at 2 pm and got call back in 10 minutes. Visit in 30 minutes. I have a maintenance contract with them and when I asked why they had not come out I was told they are too busy. Not a good representation for my builder or a good way to run your business. Cancelling my contract.
You can expect the best business experience replacing an HVAC with Perfect Cooling. This is my second time using this company and their level of service is just EXCELLENT & AMAZING across the board. John is very diligent and willing to go above and beyond to make things happened as one need it. I'm a very detailed oriented individual and after considering 5 other companies, Perfect Cooling is by far, the best company of its kind in South Florida. They tailored product, price and installation to my needs, and will continue to earn my business and associates for years to come. Absolutely recommend this AAA+++ rated company.
My husband and I have been calling for over two weeks. Our unit is still under warranty. No call backs. This morning , my husband got a live person. A technician was supposed to be at our home between 3 and 5 pm, today. It is 5:15 and nobody has been here. I came home from work three hours early. I am thoroughly disappointed.
Perfect cooling is the best HVAC I've ever dealt with. Answered all my questions, taught me some simple maintenance things to do, and gave us peace of mind that our A/C unit had good years of service left. Thanks to Alfredo and his professionalism.
Perfect cooling did all the installation of my AC unit. My AC stopped working, left numerous messages. Not even a call back. They don’t even have someone answering the phone during business hours, much more after hours. I would not recommend. Terrible customer service.
We purchased our home 5 years ago and we have had nothing but problems with our AC unit, which at the time was brand new. We have had countless companies over the years come out and try to figure out why the AC would leak and not cool the entire house. Perfect Cooling is the only company able to address the issue and fix it once and for all. I even complained the other day that the house was TOO COLD! John for the win! So happy! Thank you!
John and his crew that he sent to my house to install my AC unit was very prompt and very professional. I would recommend Perfect Cooling Inc to anyone looking for a good company to install or repair your AC unit. My wife and I like John's presentation, he let us know what we needed and didn't try to sell us something that we didn't need.and he didn't pressure you into buy the unit the same day. Thanks again and keep up the good work.
Company install A/C unit in 2018 since then I've had to have 4 service repairs Warranty states parts are covered for 10years yet each time technician comes out there's a hefty labor fee. Most recent labor fee was $400.00 in which being laid off from work due to covid 19 was very challenging for me. 2 weeks later of paying this amount a/c stops working again.
Installation was great about 4 years ago, however my compressor is not working now since yesterday. I've called and left messages but haven't received a call back. I've called today and no one is answering the phone. Does anyone know if they're still in business?? Finally received a call back just now, but can't get service until 2 days from now...scheduled an appt, so we'll see...update 8/14/2020 had an appointment for today between 1pm and 3pm, it's now 3:30pm and no one has arrived. No show, no call, no one is answering the phones or returning my message for an update. Really disappointing...
Worked with John Coppola very professional and very cost efficient compared to other places. I like how I was treated as a person. Will be using Perfect Cooling from now on.
So I had my new Trane air conditioner installed today. The two guys John sent over to do the job are great people and very professional. I am very pleased with the whole service and would highly recommend them to anybody needing a new system or just servicing of an existing system.
I’m so glad I found Perfect Cooling ,they really went the extra mile to take care of me. I’ll continue using this amazing company not only for quality but also for there super great prices! Perfect Cooling is the best Service ever! Not only do they do great work, if there is a problem they come promptly and fix the issue for a great price. Johnny the service manager is the best!
By far the worst company i have ever had an experience working with. 5 years ago they installed my unit. They were subcontracted through Lowe's to install brand new train unit. After three months unit started having issues 5 years later 13 service tickets I still have a unit that I have issues with they have left me without AC in some of the hottest month of the year 4 weeks on end with no resolution. I have since then had to hire another AC company to come out and fix what they refused to fix properly. Not only has this company failed me but the train manufacturing company was less than helpful will never be doing business with train nor perfect Cooling moving forward at this point.
