James came out for a maintenance service on our unit. He did an excellent job, was kind and polite.He left me feeling confident that we won't wake up to no heat this winter.He was very professional,friendly and very knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.
Campbell Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning technician arrived on time and was very professional.He was honest and knowledgeable about my system. He did the check up very quickly and made some suggestions that might help extend the life of my unit.I was very impressed and would definitely use them again.

I have had a maintenance contract with Campbell Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning. Our Furnace and AC are 19 years old, and we have never had a problem with them. We came home last Tuesday evening only to find the furnace had died and the house was freezing. We called 3 companies and the only one that responded right away was Campbell. They sent a very knowledgeable expert who repaired the furnace right away. Thank for the speedy service. 100% recommendation!
James and his install crew arrived on time. Finished within the expected time frame. Cleaned up afterwards. Communicated throughout the install and demonstrated how to use the A/C at the end. Full marks for a really excellent installation job.

Great response time! I called them and they said they could be out to my home the same day although that didn't work for me so I scheduled for the following day. The technician needs to be commended for his knowledge and expertise. He was on time and straight to the point! He was honest about my unit and reassured me it wasn't time yet to replace. The price was right and I'll be using this company again and referring them to family.
Campbell is just the bomb! We own a flat downtown and an A/C of one of the houses broke down. It was devastating for the tenant that he had began threatening to shift to another place. I promised the guy that I’ll have it fixed by that evening and it did happen as I promised!
Mr. Rod answered our call promptly, late on a Saturday night when our furnace suddenly died. We just moved into our new home a few months ago and we never had time to have them inspected. He came out the next day in the morning and he was very professional and knowledgeable, he took the time to check the equipment and explained to me how to take care of it. He did the diagnostic and fixed the problem, also check the rest of the system to make sure that everything else was working properly.
Rod performed the spring check-up services on our flat roof mounted A/C system this morning. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and he answered all of my questions regarding the system and the various maintenance plans. Based on reviews I had read about Campbell Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning I decided to call them up when my heater was going on and off often. I was pretty helpless figuring out what was wrong, however Rod and his crew came over to save my situation. They were quick to do some little cleaning, reset the thermostat controlling when the gas & fan come on & off, and we now have a working heater. In addition they taught us about some basic tips on maintaining the heater. I was impressed at their workmanship and would use them again in the future.
