Garrett was phenomenal. My AC had a massive power surge from a close by lightning strike and stated having all types of issues. He came oidentified the issues and repaired them all. He truly cares about his customers
Great service, great product, great customer service, and great prices. I would give 10 stars if I was able to. We recently had two new units installed by Glacial Mechanical. With todays production issues, Garrett did everything he could to get our units as quickly as possible. He kept in constant communication with us, providing updates whenever possible. Yes, he called us. Good luck finding that anyehere else this day and age. Units are working great and we couldn't be happier.
I am in awe of this amazing young man who responded to my call immediately, came after 5 o'clock, immediately detected the problem, got my air conditioner running, the thermostat programmed and then announced that since he was close by and on his way home, he would waive any charges. I truly hope for the best for this young man and his company for he truly restores our faith in the goodness of Americans and in America.

I can’t say enough about Garrett and Glacial mechanical. The reviews speak for themselves. He is a consummate professional who is kind and respectful. Garret came on a weekend when no one else would to help fix our AC. He also helped us with a new AC install and was upfront and honest throughout the entire process. As long as we are in this area, Glacial mechanical will be our AC provider and servicer. You would be hard pressed to find a better person/business to help you with your AC needs. Whole heartedly recommend. Thank you again for all of your help!

Just as these past reviews states, Garrett really is deserving of all these positive reviews! He came by on the day of my phone call out to him (versus other places that told me to wait a day or two). He was quick to diagnose and did not pressure me into his agenda. He simply stated what my options were and let me know what to look for. When I actually made the decision to go with him, he made the process very seamless. He answered all my concerned questions with ease and patience. 100% will I call him for any of my AC needs.

I was surprised & thrilled that Garrett answered the phone on a Friday after 5! He was able to diagnose & take care of my problem the same night!! He didn’t try to upsell me on parts or service which means he’s honest. True professional. I will definitely be using him for regular maintenance & repair from now on.

My A/C stopped working overnight. I saw great reviews for Glacial Mechanics on a local Facebook page and Garrett lived up to every one. He arrived at my house an hour after I called - on a Sunday morning July 4th holiday - and saved the day. Garrett was polite, professional, experienced and knew the importance of great customer service. Highly recommend!
Garret was amazing. Friday night 9pm, day before 4th of July holiday, 95 degrees today...air conditioner stopped blowing cool air. Called Garrett he came right over, fixed us up in 20 minutes. Polite, professional, responsive, reasonable cost. Highly, highly recommend Garrett for your AC needs.

Water all over my floor by the AC! Called Garret today, Sunday no less, at 9:30am He was at my home by 11:am and fixed the problem within the hour! He was professional and an all around good man! Woke up to warm air coming out of my air handler. Did a Google search and this business came up with all five star reviews so I thought I’d give it a try. Called first thing in the morning and Garrett arrived within the hour. Very professional found the issue that other technicians could not find. I highly recommend.
