Called for an appointment they called later that day set up an appointment and they were on time and received a quote two hours later
I've been a customer for 4 years now. Since moving to Boca 8 years ago, this is my third AC company. The first two, I had constant issues with. And then I found Island Air 4 years ago. Since then, I wouldnt change a thing. Island Air has been awesome. They are extremely professional, responsive, always on-time, etc. My first experience with them was buying a brand new unit. Since then, it has been regular servicing every 6 months. Today is the first time I have had a "warranty" issue. Island Air replaced the capacitor no problem, for no charge since Im still under warranty. They did it with a smile on their face and didnt give me a hassle at all. Thank you to the Island Air team and Orlando (HVAC tech) who came out today!

Such a great experience. I was referred by a neighbor as I needed a new AC company. I like family owned. My phone call was answered quickly, my service appointment was scheduled quickly, and the technicians were prompt. My service was fantastic. The technician explained everything to me, and I am so happy I have Island Air.
We have been with Island Air for many years, and trust them with all of our air conditioning needs. Techs are courteous and on time.
The man they sent to give me a quote for a new install stood in my home bewildered as if he didn't know why he was there. I never got a quote. I contacted the office to discuss the unusual and bizarre situation, but Elizabeth just blew up at me because she didn't want to hear about it. My experience with Island Air was completely awful from start to finish.
I’ve been with Island air 15 years now, and being from Maine & having to deal with utilities and lots of things that can go wrong, IA helps out a lot. I’m also very prescriptive up on who I use and Island Air has always been good to me, and one of the workers I really like a lot his name is Stephen M and he’s wonderful!
Wow!! What a great company. After a disappointing experience with another a/c repair service, we contacted Island Air. The owner, Elizabeth, was kind enough to give me a ballpark price over the phone, which no other company was willing to do. She also told me that if my unit needed additional refrigerant, she would send somebody over immediately to add additional refrigerant, at no charge. Tech came and determined that the unit was working, but we decided that this was the right time to change the unit. The installers arrived, on time, and were very respectful of our home. The installation was great, and the technicians were terrific. There was no upselling, none! That's refreshing. I highly recommend Island Air for their professionalism, and for their customer based business model. P.S. A few days later, the fan noise was a bit loud for our senses. We called, they sent the tech, PJ, who made the necessary adjustments to our unit. It was a very pleasant transaction Thanks, Island Air..

Island Air was a pleasure to deal with. From proposal from Steve to their installation team, they were professional, concerned and service oriented. Office staff was super and reconfirmed install, and follow up appointment. Would definitely recommend using such a wonderful company.
From start to finish, from the initial call to the office (Kathy) and then having a technician show up the same day. Roberto was amazing!!! He was professional, on time, explained everything in terms that were clear, precise and honest regarding my aging A/C unit. Highly recommend!!!
Thank you Steve, Liz, and David H for the greatest time of my life, my ego and pride got in the way and I lost the best career in the world, I wish I was still part of this great company and know they give a million percent to each of there awesome customers that they gave me a privilege to work with, I hope 2023 brings them the best year ever, and maybe one day a friendship that I also blew. Poor communication Worker's unpleasant
Excellent experience with Island Air , punctual and very professional. Had them come out to install a new unit . Great experience and fair price . Will stick with them, undoubtedly.
Fast response and friendly staff.
I have been a happy customer of island air for over 18 years. Over that time I have had failed units. New units. Late night calls and through it all I have always felt my problems were a priority for Island Air. I fully recommend them to anyone that asks.
Steve was on time, very professional and made recommendations that effectively helped me balance air flow and cooling in my home. Prices were very reasonable.
Customer service representatives are very friendly and professional. We’ve had multiple technicians serving the AC, but Denice is by far the best. He’s work is always great, professional and he takes the time to explain the issue and always go above and beyond. He truly cares to do excellent job. I will alway request him.
