Jean was the rudest unacceptable installer or AC tech I’ve ever dealt with. Shauvan was great and sympathetic when I called out the multiple shortcuts Jean continued to try to make. Simple requests were rejected until I refused to sign the installation completion documents. He attempted to falsify code requirements and was an overall jerk. If it weren’t for Costco working with them, I wouldn’t recommend this company. Dreading the future needs as I doubt they will be any better when it comes to service. Furthermore they left the house and backyard trashed. Just unacceptable and one star is too gracious.
Cool Bear came in and put in a new AC unit and it is incredible! The customer service is outstanding. Fernando is an excellent sales rep. He has excellent customer service and will sell you what fits your needs. Yordanis and Lander, were our installers. They were very professional and paid attention to every detail.
Very professional and super responsive. Cool Bear saved us after a big failure that we had with Airpros USA ( the worst company ever). Cool Bear put a smile and gratitude after 8th days of suffering with no AC inside our house. Thanks to Clinton Shillingford for all the continue support given and Kester McKnight the technician that inspect and did the 1st sanity check of the my ACsystem. THANK YOU !!!

From the start with the quote from Dave and then the install with Anthony and Brian. Excellent service, they were very knowledgeable, diligent, friendly, and extremely polite. Anthony and Brian worked non-stop, they used drop cloth, and they left the area cleaner than before they started. While installing the equipment they explained every step of the way. Absolutely terrible company use I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone not only did my system break down 2 days after installing they never showed back up to fix they left a mess in my house and the gm Jason was very disrespectful
I installed an AC unit and it comes with three service maintenance. This is my second one. I learned so much with this 2nd service. Schammah, the technician was very professional, respectful and thorough. This was the first time that I was advised of what they do during a maintenance services, and I learned where my AC drain drip was located! I had no idea that was out there. I truly appreciated the knowledge!

I had Cool Bear install a mini-split AC unit in my garage. The entire experience from quote to installation was extremely professional, capable and stress free. Their pricing was competitive. Service was outstanding. Communication was frequent, comprehensive and courteous from scheduling the initial quote, confirming arrangements, scheduling the installation, to customer service follow-up to ensure my satisfaction. Coordination with the electrician was seamless. Everybody showed up on time and worked diligently to get the job done. Cleanup was through. Special kudos to my salesman, Robert Astrologo, for his patience and enthusiasm for answering my many questions and always prompt responses. Cool Bear earned 5 stars.
Jordany and Lander were knowledgeable and professional. The made sure we had the right unit for our attic and worked all day to make sure it was setup and installed correctly. Brad our sales representative was helpful, and responsive. Overall we are happy with the entire team and the new A/C 4 ton Lenox variable speed.
Jean and Lyndel did a great job installing the equipment, very professional. When they were done, you couldn't tell they had been there. Robert presented himself and his company very well, was very thorough with the proposal and got the order.
Replaced a leaking RUUD AC/Handler for a Lennox AC/Handler. Jean and Lyndel arrived on time and left on time with everything functioning perfectly.
Had a home inspection company tell me my heating wasn’t working on my AC UNIT, called cool bear to come out to cycle the system so that we can get it to work. The AC was working just fine prior to that at about 68 degrees all day for 10 days straight after they came to services the unit that was that. Two technician both got it to work for 2 hours and 24 hours after that it reverted to not cooling. It’s 82 degrees as of this posting and I’m waiting for another company to come out and fix the new problem! Costco recommended them wow.
The Cool Bear Team of MacKenzie Lauriston and Roman worked carefully, diligently, and answered many questions that arose concerning how HVAC systems work. We are very comfortable with the install, AC operation, and followup with Clinton Shillingford. Challenges arose during the install. Roman and MacKenzie were professional in every regard as FPL worked on their equipement in the area. Fortuntely, HVAC work was completed as promised with great success. Thank you MacKenzie and Roman. Clinton worked with me to find the best replacement for my old AC Unit, and scheduled all the work. Anthony and Marlon arrived on time at 9:30 am, as agreed, and started working right away. Despite the installation being lengthy due to unexpected complications, they were extremely professional, explained their work thoroughly, and left everything even better than they found it. They went above and beyond and did an amazing job. I will recommend this company to everybody.
Courteous, professional installation by Kurtis and Joe! They installed an 19 SEER 5-Ton Lennox AC system with a Reme air purifier in 6 hours start to finish. Well done gentleman!
The experience with cool bear was great. Alex guided me through the process and created what could have been days of sleepless nights to a great experience. The variable system they set me up with is great. Saves money and much more comfortable. Definitely recommend the variable system.

Operations manager Mark was excellent. We had problems that no one else could figure out, so Mark came out personally, along with Dennis, and solved the problem.
