We love Scott at Patriot Air-he is so wonderful and comes out as soon as he can to fix the problem. He communicates what is wrong and how it’s fixed and is very reasonable with his rates.

Just moved to the area and the air went out. The contractor that was repairing hurricane Ian damage recommended them and they came same day and we have air! Also want to mention that their fee was thankfully low. We would definitely recommend them. Scott had to come back because our txv went out. We're now on his maintenance plan. He even cleaned our filter and checked all vents.

We had someone here within 48 hours (non-emergency)-Javier was professional, friendly, and unlike other companies, they had the necessary parts in the truck and were able to fix our a/c immediately for a much more reasonable price. We will definitely be using Patriot air going forward.
Patriot Air did an outstanding job. Scott's customer service was top notch. He was responsive and let me know what he was doing every step of the way. He even interacted with my kids while in the house when they chatted with him, unlike other businesses that would just pass them by. I would recommend Patriot for any AC needs.

Excellent service, Scott is very professional and personable. He is extremely honest, because of a mix up with my phone number we missed connections. When we were able to reconnect he made sure to deliver the services we had agreed upon a year ago. If you need HVAC service be sure to give him and his company a call.
Found on nextdoor app. Had great reviews, so went ahead and called. Talked to Scott on the phone. He took the time to help me problem slove the issue. Found out I had a short somewhere. Had Javier out the next day and within minutes we had it up and going. He qas very respectful and knowledgeable help me go though my system and give me pointers. Would definitely use again. Very fair price and very repossive. Thanks patriot a/c & heating!!!

10/10 would recommend. When I first called Scott took my call and answered all my questions even my follow up calls and emails. He was able to get someone out the same day to check my AC unit. Javier arrived and was very professional, honest and explained in detail about the issues and what he did. Will be using Patriot Air again in the future!!

We have used another AC company for years, but when our AC went out, they said they couldn't send someone out for three days. I call Patriot and Scott came out the same day. He had the part we needed on his truck and was able to get our system back working. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We have now switched to Patriot for all of our AC needs and look forward to a long relationship with him. I like the idea that he isn't a huge company and is more compassionate about our needs.
Since we moved her 4 years ago, we've had a hard time finding good, quality, honest and dependable AC service company, until we found Patriot. They are the best and I highly recommended.
I love that they answer the phone and return calls promptly. Javier is super friendly and very knowledgeable. They don't try to upsell or overcharge--refreshingly trustworthy.

Scott and his team are true professionals. I received a same day call back, discussed my issue, was offered same day weekend service but elected to wait until Monday as it was a non-emergency. Same day of call received an email and text confirming appointment. Scott called day of appointment to confirm time and then later sent a text, with a face pic, telling me he was in route. Arrived as scheduled, quickly assessed system and determined cause of issue. He had the replacement part in his truck and repair was quickly completed. Scott resides here in Providence, is very familiar with all the different HVAC systems used here in Providence this can handle any issue your HVAC system presents. Scott possesses the traits I expect and admire; honesty, integrity, communication along with a warm and trusting personality. I highly recommend you use Patriot Air for all your HVAC needs.
