Fixed my central air , promptly and with very fair prices
They were able to come the same day and do the repairs.
Whole new air conditionier& heat pump condensing unit! New Thermostat and cleaned up took old one away. Very professional workers!!!
Called bc are ac went out at 10 at day came and fixed the problem in no time. These guy will be by go to if any problems happen again.and they just put in a new thermostat did a great job.

Needed an A/c company to check on my A/C while I was out of town. They responded and checked it out and got it up and running within an hour. They were professional and responsive.
I’ve had good experiences with Apex since they replaced my HVAC during the initial few months of the pandemic. They promptly corrected a warranty error I was incorrectly charged for last year and this year’s maintenance was great. The technician was knowledgeable and provided suggestions on better maintenance, and he even arrived before the appointment window (I will NEVER complain about that!)
Quick availability and great service from booking to actually get the job done. They cleaned my dryer vent and took their time making sure every part of it was perfect. Will use again!

Dan arrived on time and diagnosed the issue right away. He determined that the problem we had looked at from another company was not as bad as we were led to believe. He told us step by step what he would be doing and explained the process in a way we would understand. He was very friendly and honest and put us at ease and fixed the problem quickly. The whole process from speaking with Jen in the office and Dan at our house made us feel like we were being taken care of and not taken advantage of in our time of need. Thank you and we will use them again. Dog approved!
The technician arrived on time, diagnosed it, quickly, found the part, and went to Lakeland to retrieve the part and came back the same afternoon, and everything is up and running perfectly

I had Apex Service since 2021 and the Maintenance guy who came was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did a great job. Apex Office is not very efficient in terms scheduling maintenance.
Clean and professional work. Reasonable pricing. Stayed late to troubleshoot and make sure the system was operating properly. Follow up: They were extremely responsive and helpful with information needed to file my Duke rebate. They also handled the inspection process perfectly! Thanks!
