Was told they would be by between 8am and 10am. Moved my work day around to accommodate them. At 10:30 I called them after no communication from them, and all they said was that they would be there as soon as the could. Very inconvenient and zero communication. Wouldn’t recommend.

I had a bad experience with Del-Air but Management called and address the issue and apologized for the poor service. It makes me happy when you have management give you a call to fix a problem and to rectify the bad service. It shows that the company cares about its clients and will do anything to keep the business. Thanks Del-Air

Del - Air was quick to send someone out to assist me. I called around 2:15p to make an appointment and someone was out to me by 4:30. Todd did an amazing job making sure my A/C was back up and running. He took his time and explained to me what happened which caused it to stop running. If that’s not exceptional service. Thank you! Waisted my time after waiting two weeks for the appointment. They sent a salesman not an air conditioning tech. He wanted to sell me other services and said my fee or special deal didn't covered the full service he was a out to performed. He try to up sale my services without even opening or touching the unit.

Not pleased at all with the service tech. Told us to buy a new thermostat when mine was still under warranty. Tried to sell us another model and overpriced it. Called customer service they didnt help either. So im going to write a letter to the company and express my frustration because i pay for this service. I provide excellent customer service, and i want the same treatment back.

Ac threw a fault. Under extended warrantee from DelAir. Called, they came within 3 hours and called in advance of arrival. Two gents - one with quite a bit of experience. Diagnosed problem quickly - warrantee repair - has all parts in their van. Three hours to fix but back in operation. On a 94° day, to get this quick response and successful repair was greatly appreciated!
