I have used Unique Services quite a bit lately for my own rented home in Sarasota as well as many of the condos I take care of on LBK. They are almost always able to schedule me for the same day no matter the issue and the techs have all been awesome- very knowledgeable, capable and never tried to sell me or my clients anything unnecessary. Unique Services is a great example of a quality, trustworthy Florida business that is willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers.
Jimmy did an excellent job. He cleaned up everything and the Water Heater seems to be working fine so far.
Miles did great job! even explain some things about the hot water tank we didn’t know. Very courteous. He did a good job I highly recommend him.
Jose Romero Ayala showed up promptly on July 5 soon after Jimmy gave us the estimate. Jose encountered some obstacles but he quickly solved the problems and finished the project before I thought he had even started really. That young man has a bright future! He even gave me his number in case we ever have any questions about the water heater in the future. Thank you Unique Air, Jose and Jimmy!
Actually was able to come earlier which was great. Tech Mark R was excellent, courteous and very helpful. Was honest about what needed to be done and what didn't need to done to unit because of age. We will be calling soon to get a new system.
Cooling system was short cycling and not running properly. Called the service number and the technician arrived the next day on time and conducted a thorough check of the unit. Found the problem, and solved it all within 30 minutes. Daniel (technician) had excellent communication skills and was very courteous. Good price as well.
A company is nothing without its people. Mitch was a breath of fresh air. He took the time to clearly communicate and help us understand how to properly maintain the system. We will ask for him every time and continue our relationship with Unique because of him. Thank you, Mitch!

UPDATE: Received a call from Mr. Brown (Quality Assurance) after I submitted the previous negative review. Mr. Brown assured me that customer satisfaction is priority. I was refunded the $270 I paid for service. Made my day!
Unique Air Customer Service was beyond what I could have expected, starting from the office assistant, to follow up text and the tech Trevor. Trevor was AMAZING!! He arrived when he said he would, was very knowledgeable of the systems and was extremely thorough! Thank you so much!!
I had Unique Services install a new 5 ton AC unit in 2021. The Comfort advisor Brian Camus was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and overlooked the installation from start to finish . Since then, this company has proven to be very reliable and timely on any service calls. Just recently, it was discovered that I needed to have my ductwork replaced. Brian came out to discuss my options and again, was extremely knowledgeable and courteous . The technicians that did the installation, Chris and Juan , did so in a very neat and professional manner. Overall, I would highly recommend Unique Services for all your AC needs.
The techs are always so respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient! I value Unique as a company and depend on them for my maintenance and other needs. I also have referred them to others!
I have used Unique for just over 10 years. When I get a new A/C unit I will go through Unique and I would recommend them to anyone needing service. There people are always courteous and explain what they did. I have been very happy with this company.
Had to have our drain cleared. Jimmie arrived on time, was professional, and cleared the drain. Jimmie was very knowledgeable and gave us information about how to keep the drain clear.
At first very responsive Charged me $2500 to replace 3 ducts telling me they were all the wrong sizes and that they needed to be rerouted based on the plumbing. I paid it, then the tech came out and ended up just changing 2 box junctions and nothing else and never adjusted the price. Thei air is still struggling to cool the whole backside of the house. I reached out to the sales rep and he never responded to me. For this reason I would choose another company over this one. They still have not addressed my complaint.
I was not even a customer when I called this morning. Eddie Flynn came to our house at 3:30. He ran numerous diagnostics and fixed as he went. Because of his experience and problem solving ability we have AC. We will be an upcoming Unique Air customer from now on.
I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Martinez! He got here as quickly as possible and got the job done is an astonishingly short time! A new capacitor, chemical cleaning added Freon and adjust my thermostat wiring! My air conditioner will be ready for the heatwaves coming our way!
First off we called on Fri. You were to come out Sun maybe but will Mon. We called Tuesday you still didn’t come .Today Thursday you came. And charged $265, 😡 ,, it was a clogged drained that we did have you guys out about 2 months ago to do a tune up. And checking and clearing the drain is part of the tune up. So that person didn’t do it then why it was so clogged.. So why the $265. You OVER Charged completely. Very disappointed!!!!!!
My MIL got some kind of contract with these swindlers and every single time they come out for "regular maintenance" our AC stops working 5 minutes after they leave. They take days to respond to requests. They leave trash in the attic and even broke the light in the attic, glass was everywhere and they said nothing! They broke the drip pan and took 2 weeks to come back to fix their screw up. My husband has had to go behind the techs EVERY SINGLE TIME they've come to clean up their mess and manually drain the pan they always manage to break when changing the filter. He has to lug gallons and gallons of water out of the attic just to get the AC to come back on. This company is a joke!
Today was the 2nd time I have scheduled a coil replacement service with your company and today was the 2nd time nobody showed up to do the work. The first time was on May 11th, 2023 and I scheduled it with Bella. I took the day off work and nobody showed up. I called and spoke with PJ and he said he would send someone out and call me back but he did not call me and they did not show up in a timely manner and I had to report to my 2nd job at 630pm. At 830pm on 5/11/23, a tech showed up at my house to do the replacement. Why would anyone think that is an appropriate time for a coil replacement that takes at least 4 hours?? So the replacement didn't get completed and I waited for someone to call me to reschedule but that didn't happen. Last Wednesday, when I noticed the temperature slowly rising in my house, I called to schedule this service and they told me it would be today between 8am and 12pm. Well guess what, no one showed up again! I called at 1145am and was told PJ would call me back in 15 minutes and did not. I waited an hour and then expressed my frustration with the chat feature on the website and was connected with the same person I talked to at 1145am. After waiting for her to speak with PJ she came back on and told me they could do it tomorrow 6/20! I am a single person and have to physically go into work and I had already taken the day off to get this done! I insisted that i speak with PJ and he told me the replacement was moved! MOVED! Without calling me to tell me this!! I am beyond disgusted with the way PJ has handled this! I have had ZERO air conditioning for 3 days!! It is over 100 degrees outside and I have 3 animals that are not used to this heat! I am now hoping that someone will be out TODAY to recharge my unit, FOR FREE, until I can schedule another day off.
