The people are very responsive and helpful. Scheduling was quick and easy, The technician messaged he was on the way to the house in the time window. I like that a picture is sent with the name of the technician. Sergio diagnosed the problem, fixed my AC and explained the resolution. Excellent service!

Although I was in another state, when friends informed me that the air conditioning was not working on the Fourth of July, Air and Energy knew what to do. Within two hours of my call, Vince diagnosed the problem, installed a new compressor, and had it up and running within an hour. Three cheers to your team. You make things easy.

We received an invoice from this company. For work doen at a home in FL. I have never used them. We live in MN. I'm assuming they let someone pay with a stolen CC without checking the name. There would be no reason for our email to be in their system. When i called she said "weird". very suspicious. Be aware!

Shout out to your great service technician Marshall Johnson who made a service call to our home yesterday. Marshall arrived as scheduled to quickly resolve a minor issue with our new ac unit which was caused by us while cleaning the condensate drain line. Super great guy and knowledgeable a/c system tech. Thanks again A&E and to the great office staff who quickly set up a same day appointment to get our system back on line on a hot day with temps approaching 100⁰ outside. M&N
I purchased my unit several years ago and since that time I have found every employee beginning with the sale, to the office staff and to the technicians is knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to assist. If there is a concern during the weekend the customer does not have to wait until Monday as people are on duty during the weekend. When a time window is given, the customer can be assured someone will be arriving during that window.
The initial bid was 1006.43 for 3 plugs install an exhaust fan in the bathroom, fix an outside outlet. They left 2 holes in the bathroom ceiling, said the exhaust fan was not in the bid and tried to fix outside outlet. After a few phone calls the technician called me back and admitted he knew he was to fix the exhaust, but said he would be back in a few days. Finally I had to call and schedule a time . They came only hung the exhaust fan , filled the holes in the ceiling and disconnected a timer. The main guy was in the bathroom and the other guy was on his phone. Stay clear of these guys! Now I have to hire someone else to come and clean up their mess! Not happy!

From the first phone contact with Lindsey of Air and Energy, our experience has been positive...Plumber, Justin, arrived an hour and a half early for the job...Not only did he check and replace sink parts suggested by our property insurance, he checked all other sink connections and our washer. He was very professional and took photos of his work for our insurance...Before he arrived, Air and Energy sent a photo of Justin and indicated he was in route to our home....So far, our experience with Air and Energy has been So Old School Quality that I am finding it hard to believe! Next their Electrician is due out and we hope the good experience continues! Thank you Air and Energy. Terrie Hodges Anderi has now completed his assessment of our Electric Panel Box...it was a highly positive experience with him...He was very professional and explained everything well...Anderi gave us a reasonable quote for a new panel box and surge protector...and we are now signed up to get that done...Again high praise for Old School attention to detail and care about the customer...We are excited to be in the care of Air and Energy...Thank you...Terrie Hodges
Technician checked one item and knew very quickly what our problem was. After vent tubes were vacuumed problem was solved. Technician checked other items and said system was working properly. Job completed to my satisfaction,
