When we had an emergency Mr. Cruz was so terrific that we decided to join his home service plan, and canceled our plan with another AC company!😁 We were told that they couldn't come out for about a week....😒

BAHAMA BREEZE HEATING & AIR IS THE BEST! If I could give 10 Stars I would. Tony has been working with my family on servicing and replacing our dual zone airconditioning units for about a year. Not only is his work spectacular, he is always willing to go the extra mile to make things perfect while trying to save us money. One thing you can count on is when you contact him should something go wrong, he is there, which is important in this Florida climate. It is so nice to work with someone who is on time, and eager to please, all with a warm smile... If you are lucky enough to get an appointment, you won't be disappointed.
Tony, the owner, is the guy to contact. Knows his stuff and is very fair priced. I will be contacting him in the future with no reservations.

I appreciated the professionalism, integrity, and fair pricing I experienced with Tony. He took the time to explain my system to me, as well as the services he performed.
Tony was great to work with. He came immediately when our AC went out and added coolant (even though we were not regular customers) so we were not without AC, and did not charge. Something the company we had been with for years did not offer. He installed a new unit, at a fair price in a timely manner. He is polite, and even brought in and set up a folding table for the Passover seder, a real mensch. Bahama Breeze is now our regular AC company.
I used BB for my very old AC unit from 2007. Tony was able to find parts for a reasonable price. He came back to check unit the following day. He also did not make me wait several days like some AC companies do. He does all the work himself, so he does not overcharge. I highly recommend him.
We lost our a/c on Sunday evening, we contacted the company that installed the unit on Monday morning and they sent a technician out on Monday afternoon to diagnose the problem. After a quick glance, said technician replied that we had experienced a power surge or lightning strike, which had destroyed our surge protectors and burned wiring to the unit and thermostat plus thermostat itself. After survey he scheduled repairs for Tuesday morning at an estimated cost of nearly $1400.00. After discussion we decided to seek a second opinion, so glad we did. We contacted Bahama Breeze, and took our call and scheduled an appointment for an hour later. They arrived before time and immediately went to work assessing our problem. Within a few minutes Tony Cruz gave us the great report we were hoping for. The only problem was a faulty thermostat and thermostat wiring. Tony was very courteous very patient with my wife and I as we asked a multitude of questions and sought to understand how the previous technician could be so dishonest and crooked when dealing with the elderly!! We plan to inform anyone who ask how disrespectful and unprofessional the other company is!! We will also be recommending Tony and his company to everyone we know ! We couldn’t be happier with our experience, not to mention we saved over $1000.
Tony provided notably prompt and remarkable service, all the while being friendly and very informative of both what he saw and options for us to consider. Our A/C unit just wasn’t providing the cooling we expected. While doing the annual maintenance he found our 6 year old system had some serious refrigerant leaking so just couldn’t keep up. He showed us the “evidence” of refrigerant leaking, and with NO pressure at all suggested 3 options. We chose to have the coil replaced - again his work was excellent- and we are VERY pleased with the results and his reasonable price for the repair. Highly recommend him for any HVAC work you may need

I wish more AC contractors were like Tony... He did an amazing job replacing our evaporator coil (explaining every step of the process), all at a lower price than what other places were trying to charge. He also gave me some helpful tips for preserving the life of our AC in the long-run... we'll definitely be calling on him for any future service needs. If you're looking for a high-quality AC service provider in the area, look no further than Tony!
