R&R was really there to help my family in a very trying time. My brother and I were tending to our mothers house, and at 3:30 on a Friday, they were able to come out and address her issue before we flew home on Saturday. It was determined that we would require some extra work, and they returned to her home on Saturday to complete the job. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your ac needs. Very reasonable pricing and excellent customer service.

New to area A/C was not running well talked to nieghbor and gave me the number and said best around on repairs and cost and he was right they had me trouble shoot the problem first and if it was not corrected they would come to look at it and fix it and they did great Techs and cost
R & R installed our new A/C last spring but we forgot to submit a review...better late than ever. R & R provided a great price for a great A/C unit. Once we chose them on a Friday they were in our home Monday and took care of everything from the permits, thee external & interior units to the thermostat. The installer (Keith) was friendly and knowledgeable. We'd highly recommend R & R Heating & Colling to anyone needing A/C services.

When our system went down R&R was there for us. They responded immediately on a Saturday and were able to find what we needed. The installer worked late into the night just so we would have AC again. They were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

I had a RUDD 16 SEER split system installed about 4 months ago. Installation went well. Tech was friendly, did a nice job and was very detailed. Dee was responsive to questions. Inspection went fine. Price was reasonable. Satisfied customer. : )

In today’s world it’s so hard to find honest people! I feel so blessed to find R&R there honest there friendly and there Christians. I thought my AC unit was shot and was ready to replace it. R&R fixed it for 169 bucks! Thank you Jesus for R&R . Thank you again R&R

This is the ONLY choice for heating and cooling. Stop looking! I am blown away by this company. They work so hard to keep your unit running and are super fair about their pricing. The most professional team, quick to respond, and a company you can trust (which is hard to come by)! I highly recommend R & R and will never go anywhere else.
Great customer service same day service
I am more than thrilled with R&R Heating &Cooling !! We returned home on a Saturday in 98 degree, high humidity weather from vacation and no air. I called R&R and Dee was just wonderful trying to help me with our system. When we determined that we needed service Richard came right out. The unit was not going to be able to be repaired. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. We were able to get a very fair price and they installed it on Monday. Richard was even thoughtful enough to bring and set up a portable unit for us to use until our new one was installed. Everyone was very professional and kind. I was so impressed that he didn't want us to be without air and thankful too!

Rich met with me the next day, started the job and by Wednesday afternoon we were up and running with a new, more efficient unit - almost as if nothing had ever happened. Rich, Dylan, Tyler and Dee saved us hours and even days of discomfort and misery in the Florida summer heat and humidity. This is the kind of customer service I have come to know and experience with R & R at our church and now at our home.
