THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I called them to work on my AC because it was struggling in the summer heat. The tech came out with his main goal being to sell a service membership and having a different tech comeback at a later date. He reluctantly completed the service after I insisted I wanted the cooling issue resolved on that day and I ended up buying the membership because they said it would be cheaper service calls and priority appointments (Both were a complete lie). Fast forward two weeks and my AC completely quit working. I attempted to call them back out because what they worked on didn't fix the problem and now the AC was entirely broken. They told me the best they could do was come out 5 days later on a Sunday and the service charge to come out was twice as much because it was a weekend they were coming even though I was calling on a Wednesday. The person told me that if I called a different AC company it would void the warranty (also ended up being a lie after I called the manufacturer a couple days later when I was tired of it being 90 degrees in my house). We have young children (ages 2 and 5) along with an elderly dog. Their suffering in the heat had to stop. I placed several calls over this time trying to talk to a manager but could never get one on the phone. Finally the manager did a voice mail message dump on my phone late Friday afternoon where your phone doesn't ring but you get a message. When I tried to call back I once again couldn't get the manager. His name is Rob (he didn't leave his last name). Finally I called AA Temperature Services. They had an amazing tech out within an hour. He replaced the capacitor and the AC was running cold again within 30 minutes of him being at my house. I wish I called them earlier after siting in 90 degree temperatures in my house for two days. Only way to describe One Hour Air is that they are scumbags. Our a/c is out. Our contracted a/c company (20 years) only talked to us on the phone & said call us Monday. One Hour was servicing our neighbor - we asked the tech to just look at our unit. Billy was truly a gem of a tech, not only very knowledgeable, but communicated before and after the visit, explained clearly the problem and corrected it. The worst possible experience. I paid to be a member every month and when our air conditioner broke down they said they couldn't send anyone for the next 3 days. I waited for one hour to talk to a supervisor who said he was sorry but unfortunately nothing could be done. I hope they will return all the money I paid to be a member. I do not recommend this company to anyone!by the way, one of the benefits for members is fixing on the same day

These guys are the worst. They will over charge you again and again. I had some service attempted. They came out replaced a part that didn't need to be replaced. Charged almost $400 in labor. Now my ac doesn't work at all. And now they want $400 more dollars to fix my ac correctly. I have a 7k bill with Ben Franklin plumbing too. These guys will over charge you break your ac and leave you without. Do not use this company. I had to buy the part and replace it myself. Still isn't fixed.... I should of never called them. I've left several messages with different managers and no one can return my phone calls.
