Our startup capacitor went out on Sunday. They were here within an hour!! I’ve never had that fast of a response. The unit was up and running In about the same amount of time. Amazing!!! We now have a maintenance contract and I am confident I can rely on their prompt response and professional service. Thanks to Daniel.
Very affordable . Excellent tecs Dan, Nick and Arthur were very knowledgeable answered all our questions. New unit installed in less than 3 hrs. They deserve a 10!
First time using Air & Heat and not disappointed. They were quick to come out to my place, diagnose the issue, and do the fix. Kept me apprised at all steps. Price for parts seemed a little high but I guess everything is these days, service call of $95 seemed reasonable and good value for the level of service we received from Daniel. Air & Heat are now our go-to for HVAC!
Great experience. Nick was extremely helpful and fast in figuring out the issue when I explained what was going on with my AC. He resolved everything and even tested to make sure it would not be a recurring issue.

Was quoted a price for 2ton unit that I accepted. Suddenly I received a text stating that the price was $350 more because they needed to rent a piece of equipment to left the unit up to the roof of the garage. Two years ago I bought another unit from them and was not charged for this equipment. Sounds to me like bate and switch. Will not do business with Air&Heat again. Buyer beware.
The Technician was on time and professional. He took his time and checked everything needed. I have had this unit for approximately two years. The service has been excellent since the beginning. Everyone is polite and will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I had a company prior the Air and Heat for a number of years. It was a disaster, and I am very happy to away from then and have Air and Heat. I would highly recommend them.
What an awesome company ! Office staff was very helpful and polite. I had no idea what I was talking about, and they were patient with me in my description. The tech came out and was extremely professional, on time, and quick to fix the problem. Overall a wonderful experience and will be using this company for any future issues.
This company was very courteous and professional when I have had them out for service. They were honest and didn't make a mess for me to clean up. I would call them for a major installation or repair of my units.

My AC was not blowing cool air, their technician said that the coolant is low, and I said just add some coolant and he was not willing saying there is a leak and there will be some EPA fine if he does so. He would only add coolant if I pay $5500 to get a new system or $2000 to change the coil. I ended up paying him $220 for NOT fixing it. I know the coolant is designed for life time, but the reality is they leak! It is crazy if anyone has low coolant would need to spend $5500 to get new AC. This is unreasonable ! I will never use this company again!!
This insident was 2 or 3 years ago. Bought new box AC and replaced ductwork. That was ok. At about year 4. I had them come for a annual checkup. The guys that showed up said refrigerant was low. So I said add some, and they said they just clean and check. Wound up they sent, at my request, someone not their employee after hours. I watched this crook check for a leak all around the coils. He found none. Then he holds the hose from the refrigerant tank and points it toward the bottom to the coils. The refrigerant is heavier than air. Then "accidently" releases a bunch of refrigerant. Checks it again for a leak. Said its leaking, coil needs to be replaced. Coils were under warranty. so labor was about $700. Maybe this company had no hand in this scam, but I won't use them again..
I want to update this review from a few years ago. By a weird coincidence they came out to my house and inspected my AC. I told them about my previous experience and they apologized and made me a great deal on changing out my ductwork. they also gave me a 1 year free inspection service. I accepted their reason for the previous bad service - it was because of a previous employee. They did a real job on the ductwork and price was great. So, I forgive them. They installed my new AC unit in April 2016. Came right out and installed it fast, but said they'd come out by 8 days later after the flashing was made and install it. 2 weeks and a few days later, I had to call them and they said it hadn't been that long. I said they could have called. They came out the next day. OK, I accepted that imperfection. A year later, I called in early April to get an annual maintenance inspection, which is required for the unit's warranty. They set an appointment for May 3, cost was $29. I called on May 2 to see what time. They said I wasn't on their schedule, didn't know what I was talking about. They said they could come out on Monday May 8. I made them promise to call me on May 8 and tell me what time. They called and said they can't come out at all, they are too busy installing new units. I guess making appointments and promises doesn't matter to them. They lied. They said they don't know when they can come out as it's so busy. I will never deal with them again. How they get repeat business I don't know. I got someone else. They wanted $114 for an annual inspection. I guess Air and Heat was going to be cheaper, but if they don't come out anyway, they aren't cheaper. They just lie.
This company has taken care of me for a few years now. I had service today with Rodney and he was on time, very professional and informative about my system. Their pricing is competitive and their service techs are great. I would (and have) highly recommend them to anyone looking for repairs or a new system.
