We had an emergency and the technician was able to come or after hours found the problem within in minutes and took care of it. They are usually booked out but great service once to get booked.

The service man got my ac to cool and they sent me a quote for repair part. My ac is out of warranty so the quote for part and labor was very high. I have decided to get a new unit to be installed soon. The service personnel are very courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

We are long standing sprinter brother customers and we requested a 6 month maintenance service we had to wait for three weeks for ….to insure we did not have maintenance issues through the summer on our system purchased form Springer which needs services every six months …..10 days later I have a leak in my ceiling from my unit and no air conditioning which isn’t the Main issue. The main issue is we made a call at 5:00 pm to be told by the on call person that it wouldn’t be fixed tonight in 90 degree weather and that the info will be passed on for the day time people with no gaurentee it will be fixed tomorrow either which should have been caught 10 days ago anyways! Not happy!

They came out on a Saturday to fix the problem and serviced the unit while he was here. Very polite and responsive technician and also office staff was very polite and helpful!! Would definitely recommend to anyone
