Not saying anything about the service itself but after one of their drivers threw something at my car with my newborn inside and the driver threatened to break my jaw... The company never contacted me. Only the dispatcher who I called to report the incident apologized. I left my name and number, contacted to the police and a lawyer. Was waiting to see if the company would reach out to make things right due to the damages done to my car but absolutely nothing. I will forever remember this company and never recommend them just bc of this incident and the fact they did nothing about it. So I have to go through the cops, lawyers and insurance to have the matter fixed and dealt with. If this is how they handle business I wouldn't want anything to do with them.

The first time I called, they repaired my heating system. It wasn't heating and it was during a cold spell. They did a fantastic job and I had heat quickly. I called when our air conditioner wasn't cooling. It was miserably hot. The replaced the part quickly and it has been working fine ever since.

My unit began heating when it should have been cooling. After inspecting my system it was determined the thermostat was out. A simple repair. I’ll use Air Avenue for all my ac needs.
Tech got to my house when he was scheduled. He did the job right the first at the price quoted.
I contacted in the morning and set up a time for them to come out and service my air conditioner. Shaun showed up right on the appointment time. He was super friendly and informative. He had my air working better than it has since I moved in. Thank you so much. I will definately recommend you!!

Doesn't this always happen?! The Day before memorial Day which was May 30th 2022, our air conditioning started to go on the fritz. Of course the air conditioning place we used to give us a new unit a couple years ago was not open for memorial Day. But you all were! Sean answered the phone that morning and was very professional, kind, courteous, and gave me detailed information about the time he would be by and how many stops he had before. Sean actually made it out earlier than expected but gave us a call when he was on his way. And in Florida the earlier the better when your air is out! Sean knew right away what the problem was. It didn't take him more than 30 seconds to figure it out. He gave us a temporary fix so we can get through the day and the next day he was out bright and early to bring us the new part and install it. This all took less than a minute. We really appreciate the fact that your company is open on holidays being that we are in Florida things happen anytime of the year, and it would be very uncomfortable for our family being that we have some people with breathing and allergy issues. Thank you so much to your employee Sean for actually working on Memorial Day, and for your company actually being open on a holiday. I guess some air conditioning places don't realize that your air can go out anytime during the year day or night being that we live in Florida. The best of all the price was absolutely reasonable for a holiday. And I mean absolutely reasonable it wasn't no hijack price at all and that was greatly appreciated. So if y'all need anybody to come out and give you an honest estimate or Price or repair I highly suggest this company. Thanks again Sean for coming out and I hope the rest of your memorial Day was a nice one spent with your family

The AC guy lives several houses down from me, and my AC stopped working at 5 PM the day before I was going to get on a 6 AM flight. I couldn’t leave my pet in a 95° house for five days, I knocked on his door and he was willing to come and fix it immediately. Thank God for him.
I like dealing with locally/family owned and Air Avenue did not disappoint. I feel very lucky as it was less than 3 hours from my call to my air conditioner blowing cold air. I highly recommend their services!

Had a horribly botched job replacing my supply and return ducts..called Air Ave George came out looked at what happened quoted me a price came out today with Sean fixed the botched up job for less than half what I pd the 1st time..and now I have my AC back this company is Awesome! My new go to guys!
