Our AC stopped working due to an electrical surge/lightning strike Friday mid-day while we were out running errands. Freedom was able to come out the same day & get it back up & running.
Very professional communications was great they did what they said they checked everything gave me numbers check the whole system very good the work was very good Shawn the tech was an excellent guy went through everything over and over again with me we couldn't do the whole thing but with the duck work we did half and it was good enough and it works great will use freedom Air from now on thank i will recommend you to all my friends.
Always great to work with Sean and I'm glad that the merger with Freedom will allow us to continue to work with him.
This is the second time we’ve needed their services since buying our home and they were just as wonderful as the first. Super knowledgeable, fixed our problems same day, and didn’t break the bank.

My tech was going to be late. And Crystal called to let me know twice actually. And I called them back and said if they wanted to reschedule that would be. Okay with me because it was almost 5 o'clock on Friday before the 4th of July. He said no, Said He would be about 30 more minutes. I was okay with that because I was home. So He came out Late, Did his duty, Wished me a good fourth of july weekend and he was gone. Really didn't expect him to stay late on a Friday before holiday. Need more people like that working these days😁

Terrible professionalism, this companies crew was working next door to my home after 9pm. Throwing old AC units around the front yard of my neighbors home and running there impact drills. My wife and child were sleeping, when they were asked to keep it down they completely ignored the request and continued for over an hour. When I called the office about it, the “office manager” had zero sense of urgency about the complaint and couldn’t wait to get off of the phone. She stated that they had to work late to due to the customers AC had stopped working and needed to get it running for them. This was false! The home is empty they could have easily returned at a reasonable time the next day.
